NEW penthouse with a private terrace and spectacular views of Sants-MontjuĂŻc.
NEWLY RENOVATED APARTMENT, opposite Sants Station, on Passeig de Sant Antoni, in the best area of ââthe Sants neighborhood, full of restaurants and shops.
Designed for your comfort, whether you\'re with family, a partner, or colleagues.
Unbeatable location, 300 meters from Sants Station.
It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, and a large terrace with space for dining, sunbathing, and more.
Nice apartment with a nice view. But, the A/C was broken in both bedrooms. Something the owner clearly had to know about. I requested they both be fixed on our first day of four days. The owner replied she would try to schedule then never contacted us again. Sleeping was horrible.
The flat is spacious and cozy. There are lots of restaurants on the street near the building. A lovely Mountain View is one of the credit to this attic. Everything is perfect except the sound proof of the wall is not good I think. This is the building structure, not the fault of owner. By the way, we would feel more comfortable if owner can provide enough necessary household stuff like toilet tissue and kitchen towel. Be aware of the extra charge if you are going to check in after 20:00.
First off: itâs absolutely absurd that they charge 30 euros if you arrive after 8 PM. (They warn you in advance). The rental is NOT cheap, and the extra charge stings.
That being said, the property is lovely, and well equipped. It was cool while I was in town and the heating system was perfect. There is a charming balcony and plenty of living space. I used the washing machine which was really helpful, and while I didnât cook any meals, I used the microwave. The TV control was incomprehensible and therefore unusable. I also appreciated the bathroom, which had a large shower, since that is not often the case in Spain.
Most importantly, it is VERY quiet at night, despite being next to the train station.
The neighborhood is fine if you want to eat at restaurants there, but thereâs not much else to see or do and itâs architecturally bland compared to the rest of Barcelona. Luckily you can hop on the subway and get anywhere, which is a few minutesâ walk.
Super location if, like me, you are travelling around Spain by train. Also, you can take a train or the subway non-stop from the airport.
