Staff seem genuinely friendly. The guy who checked me in gave me options for which room I got (higher or lower, with a view or quieter away from traffic), and offered and wrote me out a list of restaurant recommendations, and each time I arrived or departed, the staff on the desk would acknowledge me walking past. Room was clean and everything worked. Bathroom clean. And a couple of chocolates, too!!

Easy to find, with close access to metro. Welcoming staff, very clean, good first impressions. Had the junior suite which was very spacious, with balcony. Ned was vert comftable. Breakfast was very good with large selction of items. Recommended stop.

Front desk staff were simply excellent, affable and well informed. Location was ideal for a weekend of relaxing and dining; dining choices in 2-4 minutes traverse were nearly innumerable. Streets are well engineered for pedestrians.
