This hotel needs renovation. The lobby looks good, but my suite was very outdated, making the $1000 per night rate hard to justify. Despite informing staff of our wedding anniversary, they didn’t offer congratulations. When we requested a taxi to the airport, a black van arrived. Curious about the fare, we asked at the front desk, which claimed it was the same as a regular yellow taxi, but it turned out to be much pricier. I can't recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff were so friendly and gave us an upgrade and left a lovely welcome treat in our room to congratulate us. Every part of the hotel was beautiful, the rooftop bar and pool was lovely with great views, breakfast buffet was so yummy and with good gluten free and vegan options. The location is really convenient and good for walking to everywhere. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back again!

I gad the most amazing experience staying at the Alamamac. The staff gave excellent customer service, they were always willing to go the extra mile, and the rooms are amazing. I have never been treated so well or been anywhere that gave such impeccable service. I highly recommend and will be coming back.
