Checking in and out was a breeze. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is clean and in a convenient area. Layout of room was odd, especially the shower. You could look out on the ally and put on a show if you weren’t careful. I would stay there again.

I really like this place and happily stayed here again. Really convenient location in a quiet area and with great transport links. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is really good. I will definitely be back again!

Very convenient location, just a 5 min walk to La Rambla and to the cruise terminal or hop on hop off bus. The room was clean. The front desk staff were nice, no Euro adapters available. The rooftop pool was not really usable and more of a hot tub size.

Very comfortable beds. Very clean and spacious in the European style. The morning buffet was fantastic to meet most all dietary requirements. Staff were very accommodating. The roof top bar/cookery was very convenient but there is plenty of dining options well within 10 minutes walk.

It's in a great location, spotless. The amenities are good and super clean. I loved all the explanations the staff offered, like recommendations for dinner, maps, and tourist places (safe).
