It's in a great location, spotless. The amenities are good and super clean. I loved all the explanations the staff offered, like recommendations for dinner, maps, and tourist places (safe).

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean! The staff went above and beyond to help us with a tour we purchased and were having trouble with. They also offered us free water for the inconvenience I will discuss next. Unfortunately they struggled with hot water on our first day, it was cold all day until late at night, they apparently fixed an issue. The water remained hot for two more days and then started to get cold again on our last day. We weren’t able to control the heat of the water from the room. The hotel is trendy, and they have a buffet breakfast that was pleasant, but keep in mind a lot of the food options were cold. Even the eggs and bacon. Seemed they refrigerated some stuff and used it again next day? But overall, would recommend staying there to friends because it is conveniently located near a lot of sights and the metro.

Meals cooked at the reasaurant in the basment were good, great location right downtown in the middle of everything, close to public transport and cruise port. A stool in the room would be nice so you dont have to sit on the bed for everything. As long as you dont plan to spend the day in your room its a great place to lay your head for the night.

This is a good value, no frills basic city centre Hotel. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the facilities quite new and in good order. I stayed at the end of March. The sun heats up the room a lot and I would be unable to stay in this room in the Summer.

Hotel for a Cruise ship

I stay in this Hotel just for one night to take a cruise ship, The staff was friendly and helpful. I have Breakfast in this Hiotel and the fodd was very good and in a nice place they have. The problem is the rooms my roo was number 8 as soon i enter you find a huge 15 to 20 feet stairs of metal very narrow to access you room there no way to get your luggage from the botton to the top no matter how fit you are is dangerous , then the room has a weird layout the shower us ib a corner os the room and the the toilet in the other corner of the room hiden in a closet. so i was staying for one night

My family stayed here for 1 week and room is cleaned everyday, thanks to the housekeeping staffs! Receptionists always greets you and very approachable. Rooms are great but would be even better if some amenities are already in the room like mini fridge and electric kettle(on request) although they have a common fridge at -1 floor, it’s still nice to have one in the room, Would be very convenient for long stayers. Overall, I would recommend staying in Hotel Casa lit.

Wouldn’t recommend, there are FAR better hotels

terrible customer services, charges for luggage storage if you arrive early, bathroom strangely configured with shower window backing on to an office block, with just a thin net curtain to protect your dignity. No AC, so you either have to open a window and contend with the noise of the street below in quite a bad area, or suffer the heat, especially as the shower is in the same room as the bed so becomes humid and hot, after showering. Staff were terrible when the lift broke down with us in it for almost 1hr, laughing and joking the whole time which we could over hear in an increasingly hot confined area. We had two crying and upset children and two disabled woman travelling with us, all stuck in the lift and after being released from the lift, none of the staff came to check anyone was ok, offer water or anything. In fact they tried to blame us for the problem, even though I pointed out we were well under the recommended capacity of both weight and people within the lift so it clearly wasn’t our fault. Zero ownership from the hotel staff (the one laughing) and was quite rude and dismissive of the whole situation. I would point out there were two lifts in the hotel and the other was out of order already when we checked in!
