Great hotel with excellent location and amazing staff!! Breakfast was fantastic with several options. Staff were super helpful and genuinely friendly. Mery at the reception was very sweet and super accommodating. She went out of her way in trying to find some information for me. My family of three had a wonderful time and if given a chance will stay again.

We enjoyed the size of our room. It was big enough for 3 twin beds. Pool and Breakfast were ok. Toilet didn’t flush very well and we had to keep flush several times. Location is very convenient for metro and train. There’s a small restaurant and convenience store across the street if you are too tired to walk.

Great Hotel! Location is perfect for all around and easy to get to touristy spots. Staff is wonderful and entire Hotel clean & orderly! Our room had option for bunk beds for the kids which they enjoyed and the main bed was very large (hard to find in Europ and super comfortable!! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

This was definitely not a 4-star hotel, 3-star at most. Moldy bath tub, no hand/face towels. Noisy. Not just city noise but it is located above the subway train so it was train noisy. Blankets and towels could use some updating. And the breakfast, meh.
