Amazing place in an absolute perfect location. Across from marina with tons of restaurants and the Gotic area behind has shopping and restaurants galore. No more than a 15min walk or cab ride to all of the major sites. Communications were great with lots of recommendations. Would stay again for sure.

We visited Barcelona for the first time with our two sons and their wives. The apartment was in the perfect location for us and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was plenty of room for us to comfortably hang out together. The owner and property manager were both quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We all had a spectacular time!

Great apartment, perfect location for walking around the city. Very easy check in, David and Manuel quickly answered my questions, even suggesting a great and safe parking garage 1 block away. Although the apartment is on a Main Street, it’s very quiet. We enjoyed the fireworks from the living room during La Merce, an extra bonus for our visit. Listing and photos are accurate. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful apartment in an architecturally interesting building on a fabulous neighborhood in Barcelona. Everything is so easy to walk to in El Born, the Gothic Quarter, and Barcelonetta plus for energized walkers or those willing to take a taxi everything is doable. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. The property manager, Manuel is wonderful about contact and George met us making respectful use of our time. What a great team, I really appreciated their contact and touching base for any needs. Will definitely stay again when I return to Barcelona. Many thanks!

Best Location in Barcelona

This was a wonderful apartment and the location was excellent. It was walking distance to the beach and countless restaurants and shops all around. The neighborhood was exactly what you pictured for a European city (cobblestone streets, tapas restaurants, cute shops). The apartment was very clean and the furnishings were exactly like the pictures. We are a family of 4 adults and found there to be plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Wonderful. Manuel was very responsive to all my per-arrival questions and George welcomed us to the apartment as soon as we arrived in Barcelona. He too was very nice! Great experience. Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Barcelona.

This was a great space for me, my husband and our 2 adult daughters. We had enough room to spread out and having 3 bathrooms was great. The balcony was a great place to sit with a glass of wine and watch all the action down below. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to many restaurants, stores, coffee shops and beaches.

Excellent property to rent for a stay in Barcelona. Right on the edge of the gothic quarter it provides an easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants as well as right down the street from Las Ramblas. Size was perfect for my family of 5, well appointed with quality furniture and most everything you might need for a stay, and the property gets great sunlight as well! Would almost certainly stay here again if I get another opportunity to visit Barcelona…

Lovely Barcelona

First let me say that the apartment has been well renovated with all the conveniences one could want or need. It is located so close to the port and Aquarium. It was easy to walk most places or catch a taxi.The Host Manuel, is probably the best communicator I have had the pleasure to rent from! He was not only fast but so kind and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay in Barcelona! The apartment was impeccably clean and in a fantastic location. We were fortunate to check in early, which was a great start to our trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent soundproof windows that blocked out any street noise completely. The only minor issue we encountered was a leaking AC unit in the living room, which meant we had to turn it off to avoid any inconvenience. Thankfully, the other units in the apartment worked perfectly and kept the place cool throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. It made our Barcelona experience even more enjoyable!

Great Location, Great workspace

Great location and a nice spacious condo for a stay in Barcelona. Easy to walk around to places or catch a cab/uber. Some cab drivers can be a little testy with having to deal with driving down this way, but that's just the general demeanor of Barcelona 😂 Excellent work space if you plan to do some work during the holidays. Nice kitchen if you want to cook and easy walk to the market. Beds are very firm, so if that's your thing it will be a great stay. We aren't so that's why it's 4 vs 5 stars. Everything else was great! There is a great mini market next to the building if you need to get a few snacks or ice creams for kiddos. Communication was very easy and responsive with hosts, they even let us drop our bags off early so we could go grab some lunch. Close walk to the aquarium, a mall, beach is maybe 15-20 min walk.
