- A loft consisting of 1 double bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. Since April 2019, we have added a movable wooden door to ensure privacy.
- A room with 2 single beds and a full bathroom.

On the left side, you will discover:

- Another loft with 1 double bed, a full bathroom, a living room, and a gym. It offers views of the typical inner courtyard of the Eixample district.
- Two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a full bathroom.
- A small gym to stay active during your stay.

In the living room on the right side, you will find a modern open Neff kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils. Additionally, there is a table for 6 people and comfortable spacious sofas for you to relax, listen to music, read a book, or watch TV. We also offer you a warm welcome with Nespresso coffee and a bottle of Spanish cava in the fridge. The careful and elegant decoration of the living room makes it a space for "exclusive stays".
