We spent 1 night at the property after our 7 day cruise ended. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. As cruise passengers are asked to depart by 8am we were hoping for an early check-in. It was no issue. Jorge at the front desk was great and got us into our rooms early. The property was well maintained and surrounding area is close in proximity to the pier area, within a 10 min walk.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was the best hotel buffet we have ever had. When they finish the street work outside it will be the perfect stay! Staff were amazing!!

Comfortable Stay

The room was modern, clean and had comfortable bed. Good shower. It was a little small. The AC was a bit of an issue, as I found in all the hotels we stayed while in Europe. The AC is turned off during the day while away so when we returned it took a good while to get it cool again, especially during very hot summers. I get the effort to conserve energy/environment, it’s just not what we are used to and it was unexpected. The buffet breakfast was excellent! Overall stay was very good. There was a lot of construction in front of hotel and in the general area which made it a bit inconvenient.

Took advantage of an elderly man. BE CAREFUL!

Arrived and was under full construction. Booked through Hotels.com. I am 82 years old and I go to bed early so this wwas not going to work out. When your hotel is under construction you should let your guests know prior. Hotels said they would help us with the refund and told us to leave the premises if it was not going to work. We have just returned from 3 nights at INNSiDE by Malia and absolutely loved our stay. The breakfast in particular was amazing, so much choice and always really good. The hotel was welcoming and very clean. I can’t believe the value for what we paid!

Property is nice and the neighborhood was our favorite in Baca. Only issue is they didn't clean or replenish our room unless we made a fuss. Multiple days they left notes saying they tried and no cleaning. Not true

Amazing stay and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. During our Europe trip (3 weeks long) this was the only hotel that gave us a free upgrade to an amazing room without even asking for it. Clean, spacious and everything is nearby, most of it is walkable. I would stay here again and again.
