Good business hotel

I slept very well all three nights I stayed, the room was fine, and the front desk helpful. Breakfast was okay, the coffee wasn’t great, and though there was fruit available there were no nuts etc to have with yoghurt. The hotel is near the Barcelona metro which is very useful.

Everything was fine, apart water pressure at shower. We contacted reception but the maintenance person said it's not their fault, it's council fault because they are doing repairs. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices, the room was clean when we arrived. So the water issues was the only point that we didn't appreciate.

Very friendly staff who let us check in earlier so we could have a short rest before going to our first sightseeing place. Provided clear instructions for taking public transportation to various areas. Good selection of tea and coffee and lemon ice water at the lobby was great on a hot day. Arranged for a taxi to train station upon our request.

This hotel was completely renovated, modern and clean. Room was spacious. Centrally located for historical landmark. I will highly recommended.

Doesn't quite make a 5 star rating and I cant give a 4.5, so giving a 4. Everything was good about the hotel except the bathroom and light switches were wierd. Kind of difficult to figure out the switches worked.

Lollies and water in the reception were the only good things about this place. Tiny room, no wardrobe, no mirror, and it was a dark room. They provided no information about the hotel or the area. Breakfast OK but the waiters were rude and grumpy. Water, tea/coffee was never replenished, we had to ask each day for it. Paid on arrival for a 5 day stay and then we were charged a different amount again after we had left the hotel. When queried they did not even apologise, no communication just a partial credit. Took 3 emails to get an explanation. Very, very, poor customer service. Our recommendation is: Just go somewhere else. Booked thru Expedia - never doing that again either. ☹️
