Staff were rude, when asked to have toiletries the staff said this was not his job. They assigned me to a bedroom I did not choose since they were overbooked. I barely slept. The second day we were transferred to the type of bedroom we ordered. This bed had flies that bit me throughout the nights. Horror stay.

Balcony and Facade were all Covered for renovations did not see anything from Window did not advise at all and didn’t know anything about it until we arrived at hotel.

The location is great for Barcelona. It is right in the Catalunya place. Transportation is right outside. We wish the windows would block more of the outside noise. There were concerts in the square every night and one of them went until 2 am on a Tuesday night. We sleptterribly that night. The elevator needs to be faster and larger. We ended up taking rhe stairs most days.

Located just off La Rombla, everything necessary is close. Staff was bilingual and exceptional. Is right by Mc Donalds for location purposes and we were very happy with everything.

Basic but great location

Hotel basic but was a cheaper option, it was clean and comfortable and staff friendliest I’ve come across, very helpful. Disappointed I’d paid for a city view room but the whole hotel was covered in scaffolding with adverts over top so couldn’t see anything

Room/ hotel was not advertised as a hostel but the room/floor we stayed on was. Small room, temporary AC unit took up most of the floor space. No private toilet, sharing with the whole floor. Construction going on outside the whole hotel. Location was close to bus stop, shopping, la Rambla street.
