Hotel was lovely. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the glass door to the bathroom with no lock. The rooftop pool is great but small so it gets busy and loungers are limited but people move on fairly quickly and don’t hog them all day

LOVE THIS HOTEL ..CLOSE TO GLORIES STATION VERY ACCESSIBLE TO ALL THE MAJOR SPOTS... IT WAS A 20 MINUTE WALK FROM THE BEACH..DRINKS AND FOOD WERE NICE AND THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING WAS A NICE TOUCH.. THE ROOM ALWAYS SMELT AMAZING.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The design of the hotel and rooms were beautiful but functionally it wasn’t great. The shower door didn’t close, so the water sprayed out in the bathroom… but there’s no bathroom door, so it was actually just spraying water into our room. The room was great for my brother who was a single, but for people sharing a room for 2… it was TINY. Also - the pool upstairs was kind of disgusting, plastic floating in the pool… cups from drinks, etc. However the staff were incredible! They helped me when I was sick, they helped us get our airport taxi, they gave us extra towels, brought us tea… they made the hotel a lot better!

Was given a handicap room at checkout, while this was no big deal to me and my boyfriend at the beginning turned into a nightmare. We checked in late at night and the following morning I wake up to shower. I am in there no longer than 10 minutes the drain of the shower was broken by the time I realized the water was going everywhere it was to late. The entire floor of the bathroom and all throughout the bedroom was completely soaked my book bag was on the floor so all my clothes at the bottom was drenched. We go down to the front desk asking for another room and they said no because they were apparently fully booked so we then asked for some compensation back as we are wasting our day because they gave us a faulty shower in our room they said no to that as well and said we’ll send a maid up which took around 40 minutes to clean our room while we waited outside in the hall in our pjs because most of our clothes got wet. Overall our stay here was horrible would not recommend.

It was in a good location, and the breakfast buffet was good. That said, I had several issues that took a few requests to remedy, some I didn't bother with and some that were never remedied. The middle leg on one twin bed was broken - leading to a sag. I asked for it to be repaired on at least 3 occasions, and on one occasion, they straightened out the leg - but did not repair it (meaning it tipped over as soon as I rolled over on the bed). No rubber mat for the bathtub - and no safety grab bars - so when I had a shower it felt unsafe - I asked, and they suggested I use a towel -which I did and it worked. Glass door into bathroom was misaligned so that it would clang frightfully (as glass hit glass) it took 3 requests to get this fixed 3rd night in. Floor to ceiling metal shelves by the sink were very dirty in all corners - I didn't bother to bring it up. They have an ice machine on every floor -but not one of them works - we had to go down to the restaurant every time we wanted ice. The rooftop restaurant served me a raw in the middle burger. The provided 2 bottles of water - for the first day only - yet the restaurant claimed the water was not fit for consumption. There were a few more minor issues - poor response and poor value overall.
