Nice hotel close to beach

Nice modern hotel. Staff super friendly. Close to metro so great for ease of travelling around. Beds not the most comfortable in world. Breakfast was good maybe a bit more variety would be a bit to improve. when it gets busy it isn’t the biggest area so can get a bit congested. Out stay was in October but it’s close to the beach which would be great if your stay is in high season and good weather.

Place was clean and modern. Staff wasn't very friendly. They seemed like they wanted to get back to doing nothing rather than take care of their patrons, but the hotel makes up for their lack of hospitality.

Staff and Service were good. Since it's an urban hotel, you are surrounded by graffiti covered buildings and garbage. The beds were okay. They are old so they have mattress toppers. The rooms are nice but small. The rooftop pool is a nice touch, but the vibe is kind of blah and the drinks are very expensive and watered down. The internet was very slow. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach and many good restaurants.This is a 3 star hotel with some good amenities near some popular areas.

POSITIVE: Location, near the beach and train station, good quality and spacious room, good amenities and offerings in the lobby and dining space. NEGATIVE: TV would not work, and there were no products provided - the place would be elevated if they provided shampoo, conditioner, and simple toiletries.

Great location and hotel

Really nice hotel and staff, great amenities with breakfast options and restaurant. The only improvement would be to add a fridge in the room. Perfect location for visiting the city and the beach

Over all we had a great experience at Ibis, very friendly staffs, clean, and easy access to trans and beach. I just wish they had refrigerators in their rooms.
