Renovated spacious and bright 125m apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and private parking betwee:
Design inspired by the essence of the Mediterranean, spacious and bright apartment of 125m. Designed to maximize the experience, a place to disconnect, share and relax during an unforgettable vacation with all the comforts for a family or group of friends.

The apartment is made up of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a kitchen with an island, as well as charming corners where you will surprise yourself spending unique moments during your stay. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, in addition to another bathroom with a main shower next to the rest of the rooms. It also has two bedrooms with a built-in office, ideal for those travelers who wish to work during their stay. All bedrooms have ceiling ventilation, as well as central heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The decoration is warm and very welcoming, full of natural fibres, ceramics, solid wood, terrazzo, marble from Alicante and cotton and linen textiles. Fully equipped, with optimized resources for greater sustainability and with technology applied to well-being, smart temperature controllers for optimal air conditioning throughout the stay, electronic lock for easy access, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, towels, bed, shampoo, shower gel, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and a wide variety of cooking utensils.

Perfect Place

Don't hesitate in booking this one. Is a perfect place in Barcelona. We stayed there for a couple of days, family of 4 with 2 teens....everything worked perfectly.

Great place and location

Home was exactly as listed. Perfect for a group of 5 adults and we could have easily had 3 more. Very clean place. The location was in walking distance to restaurants, groceries, hospital, pharmacies, and the Hop on and Hop off bus. Subway is also very close and taxis were readily available.

1st Time in Barcelona

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! It was our first time in Barcelona but the home eased our transition. Very easy to find, close to train/taxi pick ups and restaurants. All 8 adults fit just fine. Apartment was larger than what we expected! Overall great stay that we would recommend.

Lovely apartment, neighborhood feel

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is lovely, but not totally centrally located. Hosts were very responsive. One drawback is that the master bedroom gets quite warm during the day with the sun streaming in. The remainder of the apartment stays quite cool with the AC though. I think this is a great spot for families and we would stay here again!!!

Nice place for bigger group

I would say this place is perfect for three couples (three full bathrooms). It's a spacious and nice property. A bit away from the action, but affordable taxis and public transportation doesn't make this much of an issue, at least in my eyes. Make sure to have service - you need it to access the property. Perhaps the only downside for foreigners without cell service.

This is an absolute gem. The apartment is beautiful. Very spacious, absolutely immaculate, clean, fresh and has everything you need. It has been recently renovated and the result is stunning. Very tastefully decorated and has modern, new appliances. Most of all we just loved the location. It is not in the middle of the tourist center, but it gives a fabulous opportunity to experience the real Barcelona like a local in a quiet, but vibrant little neighborhood. Everything is in easy reach, a great supermarket, bottle store, bakery, chemist and petrol station all on the doorstep. Plenty of taxis available just a block away.Alejandro was very easy to deal with, great communication and easy self checkin with electronic smart locks.On the whole, 10 out of 10. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Somos una pareja y estuvimos en un piso por 5 meses, Vive Barcelona nos abrió las puertas para poder entrar a vivir desde nuestra llegada a la ciudad, siempre fueron muy oportunos y amables en dar respuesta a nuestras inquietudes antes y durante el alquiler. El proceso de alquiler es muy sencillo y seguro desde el extranjero y las condiciones son en todo momento muy claras. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir, es muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. También fueron muy diligentes en la asistencia y solución a los pequeños arreglos domésticos que surgieron durante nuestra estancia. En general todo el personal es muy amable y en especial Julien quien fue nuestro agente. Recomendamos a Vive Barcelona ciento por ciento !!!

Las camas muy cómodas, muy cuidades los detalles en general. Un placer. A un cuarto de hora de la catedral en metro, como referencia de la ubicación.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage und superfreundliche Vermieter

Eine großzügige und sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir uns nach langen Tagen in der Stadt zu Hause gefühlt haben. Besonders der offene Wohn- Essbereich hat uns gefallen. Super Zimmeraufteilung mit vielen Badezimmern. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße ist etwas lauter, alle anderen sehr ruhig. Vielen Dank auch an Estefania und Alejandro, die immer erreichbar waren, wenn wir eine Frage hatten und uns auch mit Tipps zu Bars Restaurants, Ausflugsziel und mehr versorgt haben!
