DISTRIBUTION:
The apartment with Wifi (fiber optic) included in the price, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, attractive kitchen and large terrace with furniture to enjoy your meals and moments of relaxation.

- Direct access to the beach from the same building.

- Possibility of parking included, if your car is small size.

It has capacity for sleeping up to 6 people, with the following distribution:

We have cots for babies and high, on request and with extra cost of 30 euros for the total stay chair.

Located in front of the beach, which you can reach in only 1 minute from a direct Access that you have in the same building. Just 100 meters away you will find a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Supermarket just 5 minutes walk. It is highly recommended to enjoy the 5 km of seafront that Castelldefels offers you, where you can enjoy pleasant walks, cycling, rollerblading, incredible food in its good restaurants and bars from where to contemplate its beautiful sunsets.

Castelldefels is a very complete destination, for the great variety of activities that offers you such as:

- The proximity to the City of Barcelona where you can do many cultural visits and visit the city.

- For lovers of nature, visits to the Garraf Natural Park and where in the heart of the park, is the Plana Novella, a modernist palace built in 1890 currently converted into a Buddhist temple, and monks residence which you can to visit.

HOW TO GET:
You can reach Barcelona:

- With own car, or rental.

- Train or bus.

- Taxi or private transfer that we can inform you. (Recommended option)

- The nearest airports are Barcelona at 6km, and Girona at 100km.

It will be a pleasure to suggest the best option, depending on your arrival time, your place of departure, if there are children, etc. Do not hesitate to ask us



HOUSES RULES:
ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

-You need to provide us an e-mail address.

-We need to know at what time you will arrive, your flight number or by which means you will arrive to the apartment.

-As dictated by the law of our country, you will fill up a form that we will send a few days prior to your arrival, with information about each occupant





AT THE ARRIVAL

-If there are any changes concerning your time of arrival. It is important that you let us know as soon as you can so that we can reorganize ourselves.

-If you want us to meet you at the appartment you will have to give us a call 30 minutes before your arrival (no messages, please).

-Otherwise you can pick up the keys at our office during working hours. These can vary depending on the season.

-At the arrival we will read the electronic counter in order to verify the consumption after your stay. Electricity is included in the price if it is used within normal parameters. If you make a responsible consumption of the electricity there will be no extra fee.

-At the check-in you need to pay the tourist tax for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 16 are exempt.

-Is mandatory that all the occupants identify themselves at the check-in.

-You will need to sign a basic rent contract that is mandatory in our country.

-The person who made the reservation must be one of the occupants and must be the one signing the contract.





DURING THE STAY

-You have to follow all the indications that we will give you at the arrival regarding the good use of the property.

-We will furnish some basic elements for the first few of the days (toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, a sponge). Once they are finished you have to buy your own products.

-Our towels can not be brought to the pool or the beach.

-Animals are not permitted in the properties.

-It is forbidden to smoke.

-Parties in the properties are prohibited.

-If you don’t comply to these norms or if we get complaints from the neighbors, you can be evicted immediately from the property without necessarily being reimbursed.

-Before the check-out : the dishes have to be cleaned and you have to throw the garbage and the remaining food. If you don’t want to bring with you food that is still in its packaging of origin, our team will make sure that is not thrown away.





ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

The check-in time starts at 3PM and the check-out time is until 11AM.

Additional fees:

-Late check-in : 30€ after 9PM

-Late check-in : 60€ after 11PM

Depending on the availability we can have certain flexibility :

-Early check-in: 30€ before 2PM

-Late check-out: you will be charged 50% of the price per night if you leave between 12AM and 8PM.

- Late check-out (high season): you will be charged 75% of the price per night if you leave between 12AM and 8PM.



REMARK: The norms are the same for all of our properties. When we mention the air conditioning, the pool or the beach we refer to the properties that have access to these utilities.







SECURITY DEPOSIT

The non-compliance of a norm can lead to the retaining of the security deposit.

Here are some advises to avoid any problems with the security deposit return:

-Do not host more people than the ones you have indicated in the reservation.

-The stay time of your day visitors can’t exceed the 50% of the time of your occupancy.

-Be respectful and careful with all the elements of the property.

-Throw the garbage, throw the remaining food and clean the utensils before you leave.

Great apartment and host. We can see the beach from apartment. It is clean, well supplied, secured and very convenient for a family with kids. The beach is beautiful and the area has so many dinning options you can spend a week and never eat in the same place twice.

Apartment on the beach

We came from US so we had difficult time calling landlord at first because of our verizon network but once we got through, she met us immediately at the apartment to check us in and give us keys. They were great with working with us for check in and check out since our flights didn't correspond with their check in, check out times. Great location. Daughter loved playgrounds on the beach. Bars, restaraunts and store for grocery items five minutes away. Very clean and comfortable for three couples and a six year old. Would go back again if we go back to barcelona again.

Beachfront in Castelldefels

This a nice beachfront apartment. A property representative greeted us at the parking entrance and was very patient while I struggled to park our rental car in a challenging garage. This stay was different from our previous VRBO stays, as the property managers collect payment through a different site, and often communicate via email and WhatsApp. The building had a noisy construction project in progress we did not know about in advance, and a kitchen cupboard door came off in my hand as I opened it, nearly hitting my head as it fell. I messaged about this incident immediately, but was surprised not to receive any acknowledgement. Despite these surprises, the apartment was a convenient space for our family of five to relax on the beach, and the train to Barcelona was a convenient 1.5km walk away. There are also dozens of restaurants nearby.

Nice area

The property was clean and served it’s purpose for our group to check out Barcelona before we headed on a cruise. The check in process could have been a little more seamless. But the host did make other accommodations because of this for us, Which we appreciate. Overall I would recommend this property.
