In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

The property is super well located and in your door step you will find lots of transports, groceries bars and restaurants.

5 minuts away by bus (or 10 walking) you have plaça españa & monjuic. You are super close to the Airport, and with the Aerobus, there is a direct line as well, 14 km from Aeropuerto el Prat airport, 103 km from PortAventura World amusement park / theme park. The house is situated in in the center of the city.

Note that the AC is located in just the living room

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
