This well-equipped apartment offers a spacious and comfortable living space, 60 m2 in size and with capacity for 6 people. Upon entering the apartment, you will be received by an interior furnished with good taste and fully equipped.



The apartment comes with all the necessary furniture and appliances, ensuring a peaceful stay in Barcelona. The carefully chosen decoration and elegant design elements create a welcoming atmosphere that is both contemporary and cosy.



Located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, just a few minutes from the Basilica of La Mercé, Las Ramblas, the Liceo, etc., you will have access to a vibrant and bustling neighbourhood with a variety of services around the corner. Explore the local shops, cafés and restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines and experiences. The area is also known for its cultural attractions and historical monuments, which will allow you to immerse yourself in Barcelona's rich heritage.



The apartment has a complete shower, complete kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning and heating, and also included WiFi.



The apartment has 3 complete bedrooms (two double beds and one room with single beds) and 1 complete bathroom and fully furnished kitchen.



This apartment does not have a lift.



Please take into account the following important information before booking:



- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.



- Baby cot:

Price: 30.00EUR per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it



-Extra guest:

Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.



-The Gothic Quarter is usually very lively both day and night, so it can be noisy.



- Late arrival:



- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros



- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros



- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros



- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).



- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.



- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).



The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
