The Space:
This nicely designed 590 sq ft / 54 sqm home offers modern furnishings and up-to-date equipment to make your stay in Barcelona both enjoyable and practical. It features an open-plan layout combining a contemporary kitchen with a comfortable living area, including a flat-screen TV with Fire Stick for streaming, a cozy sofa, a dining table for up to four guests, and a small street-facing balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. The apartment also offers one double bedroom with a queen-size bed, as well as a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a rainfall shower. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a private washer for added convenience.
IMPORTANT: These tourist-licensed apartments may be booked for a maximum stay of 30 nights. Please note that each guest aged 17 or older is required to pay a tourist tax for the first 7 nights of their stay. This amount is not included in the total reservation cost and will be charged online after the booking is confirmed; cash payments are not accepted. L'Eixample is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Barcelona: ideal for strolling, shopping, admiring the magnificent architecture or watching people flock to one of its many bars or restaurants.Stepping out from your apartment and having the most beautiful buildings in town just a few meters away, is priceless! Walk the entire Passeig de Gracia or stop to admire the great houses of Catalan modernism: La Pedrera, La Casa BatllĂł, Casa LleĂł Morera and Casa Atmetller, among other buildings.
Getting Around:
Cars can stop briefly just in front of the building.
The nearest metro station is Passeig de GrĂ cia (L3 & L4, trains), approximately 3â5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

IMPORTANT: Pending Intervention in Water Pipes
Due to an issue with the water pipes in front of the building, which falls under the responsibility of the Barcelona City Council, water serviceânormally operatingâmay occasionally be affected until the issue is fully resolved. As this is not the buildingâs responsibility, we will do our best to provide advance notice of any potential disruptions to tenants, which we expect to be minimal.
