In the middle of our stay and entered the property without knocking. He said he was the owner and didn’t realize anyone was here. That seems very strange to me given that he’s the owner. It was very unsettling.

When We are in Barcelona, this is where we stay.

We LOVE Barcelona & we won't stay anywhere else but here. It is beautiful, the view out the Dining Room windows is BREATHTAKING (!!!!!!) & you take the elevator down stairs & you are on Spain's Rodeo Drive! We will be back later this year & next year!

ONLY place we stay when we're in Barcelona!

The VIEW out the Dining Room windows is why we chose this property initially & why we are going back again. And again! This property has everything! PLENTY of room, fast WiFi, GREAT kitchen, washer etc and did I mention the VIEW? Passeig de Gracia is the Rodeo Drive of Barcelona. If you want to stay in the VERY BEST LOCATION, THIS IS IT. NO CONTEST! Once you stay here, you will be back! TLDR; OUTSTANDING! STAY HERE!

We have stayed in over 50 VRBO properties over 20 years and have been happy with all but 2. This one was the worst. Old, dingy, dirty and needed a complete remodel and deep cleaning. Beds, bathroom, and fridge were discusting. My wife and I would have left and stayed in a hotel if there were any available. Just not the condition a rental should be in. On the good side it was a great view and location, just not a livable unit .

Statig appartement in hartje Barcelona

Statig appartement in hartje Barcelona. Om de hoek (50m) is de Placa de Catalunya waar de Ramblas op uitkomt. De metro en bussen stoppen onder/op het Place de Catalunya. Appartement is heel statig. Niet gebouw wordt deels gebruikt als ambassade, waardoor er altijd een beveiliger en soms twee in de centrale hal aanwezig zijn. Wel verdient het appartement enig eenvoudig onderhoud (planken vloer laat los, waterschade bij de wasbakken en losse kranen. Naast de drie slaapkamers (1 pk, 2 pk en 2 pk op de vide), waar de site misschien niet altijd even duidelijk over is met de foto's) zijn er twee badkamers. Eentje beneden en eentje boven een beetje geïmproviseerd maar wel heel stijlvol op de vide. Ook kun je heerlijk zitten aan een ronde tafel in de serre/erker, waarmee je een prachtig uitzicht hebt over de Passeig de Gracia aan de ene kant en de Placa de Catalunya aan de andere kant. Dichter in het centrum bestaat niet en werkelijk een heel mooi statig appartement. Nu nog twee dagen klussen en het ziet er helemaal top uit.

We were given a very warm and friendly welcome from the key holder m.The Appartment was clean and tidy and looked like the photos on the website.The location was unbeatable with the Gaudi house on the same street! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.We would definitely stay again and booking direct would be an added bonus.

Please replace all the furniture!

The furnishings were shabby and uncomfortable. The upstairs bed was very hard. The downstairs bathroom is appaling, at least close off the old plumbing. The WiFi was poor, just DSL, not hi-speed. Very hard to do anything on the internet. Dishes and silverware needed to be cleaned before using. It certainly is a great location and a nice building but the property was not what we expected for the money!

Location was excellent. Very central. Basically on barcelona’s Fifth avenue bordering on Las Ramblas. Located adjacent to addidas and apple store. Two blocks down was Casa Batlo and Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas was 1/2 block the opposite direction. Room had an excellent view but apartment can best be defined as eclectic. The upstairs (main bed with separate bathroom) was a bit warm and tough to cool off. The upstairs bathroom shower only had small curtain for privacy and toilet was four feet from the bed. Upstairs not good for sharing, downstairs had two private bedrooms and a nice clean complete bathroom. Metro stop was right on the corner.

Location est très bien située et XXX qui remet les clés est très accueillante. L'appartement était propre cependant il faudrait changer le rideau de douche très sale le pommeau de douche et rajouter des chaises car nous étions 5 et n'avions que 4 chaises. L'appartement ne bénéficie pas de volet ni de rideaux occultants ce qui est gênant le matin. Wifi médiocre

Situation idéale

Très bel appartement situé tout près de la place de Catalunya. Beaucoup de choses se font à pied, sinon les taxis sont tout proche. À déconseiller pour de jeunes enfants : rambardes de la mezzanine et de l'escalier non sécurisées.

Fabulous Stay in Barcelona

We had the pleasure of staying in this property during our visit to Barcelona. The Location was exceptional - Centrally located, with a direct view of the Torre Glories. The spaciousness of the well appointed apartment was more than we could have asked for. Parking was very convenient - literally right around the corner, and very inexpensive. Be sure to ask for multi-night parking rate! And lastly, the onsite property manager, XXX, was a delight. She made herself available to us, and was generous with her time to show us through the apartment and make recommendations that further made our stay a extremely memorable. Thank you xxx. You were wonderful. We will return!!
