Barcelona's Gràcia neighborhood is defined by gorgeous Art Nouveau architecture and trendy galleries and cinemas, as well as an incredible dining and shopping scene. The bustling Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia is the place to see and be seen, or simply enjoy a cool drink at one of its many bar terraces. Gràcia is also home to some of famed architect Antoni Gaudí’s most famous buildings, including the Casa Vicens mansion and the one of a kind estate at the Parc Güell.

Elegant Villa de Gràcia has incredible cultural attractions, hip boutiques and artist studios, and a wonderful nightlife scene. In addition to the Plaça del Sol's outdoor cafes, residents can enjoy live performances at the Teatrenu theater or see a movie at the Verdi Barcelona theater.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.

A security deposit of €3720 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
