Located right next to the Sant Antoni Market, in the Raval neighborhood - the very city centre of Barcelona, you can go walking anywhere. Just down your apartment you will find various coffee places, restaurants and bars to spend all your free time! And if that is not enough, you are just a stone’s throw away from the amazing food market of Sant Antoni!
If you need any recommendation, we are more than happy to help you.

The apartment has been furnished with great care in order to suit your needs for a short stay in the city. It has been designed and thought for active and independent travelers.
As a young and vibrant company we are looking to extend our traveller‘s community and share experiences with people from around the world. It is located in the Raval Neighborhood, right next to the Sant Antoni Traditional Market. It is surrounded by many trendy bars and restaurants, which you can all reach in less than 10 minutes walking.
This area is known for its livelihood and cool bars.

Transportation:
We highly recommend moving around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfectly!
If you do decide to come by car, you can find a parking down the Sant Antoni Market.

Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16.5 kilometers away, about 25 minutes from the flat by car. Use the AeroBus for best convenience.

If you wish to sleep separately, please inform us in advance or when making your reservation. Depending on the variation, an additional charge may apply (€15/set).

There is a mandatory tourist tax of 10,45 € per person/night, payable upon arrival as it is not included in the rate. This must be paid directly to the rental agency.

Smoking, group dinners, parties, and noise after 9 pm are strictly prohibited. Police fines range from €200 to €600 and are payable immediately.

Persons under 25 years of age are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by their guardians.

A €200 damage deposit (credit card authorization) is required upon arrival. For stays shorter than 7 days, this is automatically released up to 7 days after your departure (if the apartment is left in good condition). This does not apply to bookings made through Airbnb.

Pets and bicycles are not allowed in the apartment.

This is an in-person check-in, you will coordinate with an agent to enter the property.
Check in time is from 15h to 20h.

When checking in later, note that there is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it.

A few days before your arrival, you will receive a PreCheck-in Form that requires you to fill out your passport, contact and arrival details. It is essential that you indicate the estimated time of your arrival in here.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL: to make sure that we are able to meet you on time at the apartment, it is necessary that you call us at least 30-40 minutes before arriving to the apartment on the check-in agent's phone number indicated in the Guest Portal (using the link of the PreCheck-in Form). If you do not call us on time, you might need to wait for the check-in agent.

Based on some of the earlier reviews, I was a little concerned about the location, but it was just fine and close enough to La Rambla to make it a great value. The apartment was in beautiful condition, but the shower could use a door and the TV could be larger it wasn’t working anyway. But these were relatively small issues for me.

Clean + Modern

The interior of the apartment was as advertised, it is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was an electrical issue that was unable to be fixed during our short stay, and it was difficult getting in touch with the property manager, but once we did they were very nice and helpful. The neighborhood is more dark and crowded than anticipated.

Cozy Stay in the Mother Land

My husband daughter and I traveled to Spain, my mother land for the first time. the property was a good fit for us. Maria was amazing to make sure check in arrangements were made. Our plane was delayed so we did not get in unitl 2am, Tomas was great and still met us this late at the property to go over everything. It was noisy, as you could hear other tenants talking, using the bathroom, and there was also a weird sawing noise every morning. If you are an early riser then you would be ok. Very non tourist area with an old home feel. Gracias Maria y Tomas.

Uncomfortable location

The apartment is just as described and the pictures are very accurate. The property manager was very kind. We arrived from USA after dark. The taxi didn’t drop us off in front of the apartment. We don’t speak Spanish so has a very hard time finding the apartment. Make sure you can use your map Ap to find the location. Ours was not working. We were very uncomfortable with the neighborhood and ended up leaving and checking into a hotel on La Rambla. Much better location.

Great location poor communication at the end

The stay was good - the location is fabulous. The apartment was fine. We sent the owners notification of a couple of small broken items upon check-in. When we left, we received a panicked call that they couldn’t find the keys that we left in plain sight on the kitchen counter. We responded as quickly as possible, but we never received any response saying they found the keys. We are awaiting our refund of a 200€ deposit. It will be very unfortunate if this does not happen. It will totally sour an otherwise pleasant stay. My ratings might be higher if we could get a response about keys and deposit.

tout est bon mais trop bruyant

tout va bien. tout est en bonne communication. exceptionnel pour isolement entre voisins. quelqu'un de spécial qui habite au-dessus de l'appartement. ils ne s'arrêtent pas pour faire du bruit toute la journée de 4h30 à minuit vers 1h du matin. arrêtez-vous un peu l'après-midi mais recommencez vers 20h. le week-end est le pire. nous avons eu un mauvais sommeil à cause du bruit.
