Joan was incredibly helpful at check in. We were able to check in early which was fantastic after getting off cruise. It was a great location to access the highlights of Barcelona, beautiful flat/apartment! Stocked with everything we needed! Close to restaurants and easy access to call taxi for airport transfer!

Great stay with an amazing view!

Highly recommended and will definitely go back! Pictures are accurate. Place was clean and modern. A/C was a welcoming respite from the heat. Location was close to the action without being in it. Everything was walkable. The terrace was outstanding and the view can’t be beat!

Location and everything else about this property was outstanding. However, there need to be an upgrade with the entertainment services, no English-speaking channel. I understand we are in Spain however people do spend some nights in, and it would be nice to have language options/English subtitles.

We appreciated the coffee and the Cava. The manager who checked us in was very friendly and informative. We also appreciated the friendly neighbors who helped us with the building access keys occasionally. Comfortable space where we cooked our own breakfast each morning. We used the washer and dryer.

Clean, cozy and well located

The apartment was a bit tight but accommodated 6 of us comfortably. It is well located and allows easy access to major sites. Clean, well furnished and near good local eateries. Very enjoyable stay. Good welcome and information from friendly host. Great location

The apartment was in a super location for getting around Barcelona. It was well kitted out and the beds were comfortable. It was a good space for 4 of us. We did however find it quite noisy as it’s on a busy road and maybe to be expected in a city. The listing had said balcony but it was only a Juliet balcony and it couldn’t open fully due to the bed being in the way. The oven didn’t work. But its position helped overcome the few issues.

Pros: - Quiet neighbors - Comfortable furniture and beds - Wifi excellent - Quick response from Joan (using WhatsApp) -washer and dryer -elevator Cons: - AC is weak! Does not get cold in rooms - VERY tight bedrooms and bathrooms (barely had a place to lay my suitcase) - On a busy street (not quiet ) -small amount of mold in the showers, mold inside the washing machine (my mom ended up having to clean it out) and the furniture was not dusted -bathrooms did not have a fan so humidity often went into neighboring rooms making it very hard for AC to cool the place. - ***For my American tourists, when we arrived at the house, the AC was set at 23 degrees C (73 degrees in F). We lowered the AC down to 18 degrees C for the night (64 degrees in F) and it was just not lowering. It was extremely warm and uncomfortable the first night we were there. We asked the check in person to send someone to check it. Turns out the filters were completely disgusting and were clearly never cleaned! We also asked for check in man to provide us with fans and he did. The second night there was much more comfortable!***

Appartement idéalement situé, à 5mn de la station URGELL à pied qui permet d'aller partout. Supermarché à proximité (au moins 4, il y en a juste en traversant la rue et assez grand et pas chère avoir des produits locaux). L'appartement est très confortable, très propre, la est rue calme. Conforme en tout point à la description de l'annonce. Depuis que nous réservons avec ce site, c'est le plus propre, le mieux placé et avec l'ensemble des commodités (internet, parking avec gardien, draps et serviettes supplémentaires, deux machines à café)). Le propriétaire est un monsieur très gentil, qui nous super bien accueilli à notre arrivé. Si nous revenons à Barcelone nous louerons sans hésiter cet appartement et le conseillerons vivement à nos amis.

très bel appartement

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement qui est très propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons séjourné à 5 et les 3 chambres ainsi que les 2 salles de bain sont très pratiques. Les tiroirs et armoires regorgent de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin... Il est idéalement situé, près du métro et des lignes de bus. Nous avons été accueillis par un monsieur très sympathique, parlant français, qui nous a ramené des fruits et autres victuailles. Je recommande vivement cette location, qui a contribué à ce que l'on passe un séjour de rêve pour visiter cette magnifique ville qu'est Barcelona.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le confort de cet appartement qui est très propre et très fonctionnel. Nous avons séjourné à 5, et les 3 chambres ainsi que les 2 salles de bains sont très pratiques. La location est parfaitement équipée : les tiroirs et armoires renferment tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse du monsieur qui nous a accueilli. Tout est réuni pour passer une merveilleux séjour à Barcelona!

We really enjoyed the appartment because it is clean, modern, calm, near the subway and easily accessible by walk to The Ramblas, El Gotic, El Born, Passeig del Gracia... The wifi works perfectly. We also use the parking that is directly in the building which is very comfortable. The building is also easily accessible by car. Thanks also for the nice welcome from the owner. I recommend.

Notre séjour s' est très ...

Notre séjour s' est très bien passé dans cet appartement agréable avec sa climatisation et l'équipement général. Il est très proche des magasins et du métro. Le centre n'est pas loin. Le parking (payant) est super pratique. Très bon accueil ainsi que délicates attentions (fruits, jus de fruit, lait, café...). C'est vraiment très sympathique. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles. Cependant c'est vrai que la rue est un peu bruyante la nuit. Des petits dysfonctionnements à noter : - internet coupe très régulièrement. C'est presque inutilisable. Pour nous cela a vraiment été très gênant. - première salle de bain avec douche inutilisable car il manque une porte - et ensuite des détails d'entretien à surveiller et qui seraient à corriger : le tuyau de la douche (baignoire) est très abîmé mais cela va encore, le tissu de la table à repasser est usé et déchiré, le ménage est un peu moyen (traces, poussières, propreté rideaux, aération...), 1 télécommande absente, 6 petites cuillères et 2 couteaux à viande... Rien de grave mais l'accumulation diminue la note à 4 sur 5.
