False advertisement no bar or restaurant told us to bring food in as there couldn’t accommodate, no room service and the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room smelled damp and we ask the room to be cleaned all they did was mop and gave new towels had to change the bed ourselves!

This hotel was nice and it was clean. The location was a little far from the main areas and a bit far from the airport. But it was still a decent location. Their room service was excellent, the food was fresh and really delicious.

My daughter and I are traveling in Spain for her graduation gift. The hotel was clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is centralized and can get to most things within 10 min by taxi.

Air Conditioning in the lobby needs improvements. Construction was in progress right outside the front door. The breakfast was amazing! A great selection of foods, and the staff was great.

We were a bit disappointed about this hotel which doesn’t deserve a 4 stars hotel. It is really outdated, they were many signs of water damage over the ceiling and around the shower. The AC was’nt working properly, not convenient in the middle of am heatwave, and was also making a unpleasant sound. On a positive note, I have nothing to say about the staff who was very nice and did their best.
