The only negative for us was the mattress- felt like sleeping in a rock - other than that it is a great place to stay at a reasonable rate. The front desk staff is great to work with - got us in our room early and was very helpful with suggestions on where to go.

Key system doesn’t work. Complimentary drink…. That’s in our other hotel a €10 cab ride away. Cleaner banging on the door at 9:30 when you’re jet lagged. Complicated and confusing light system…. No master switch. No usb or accessible outlets for charging

Incredible experience from the moment I entered to check out! The hotel and my room were better than I expected. Clean, spacious and the service was top notch! Most importantly, the area is central to many attractions and nearby shops. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

The hotel was clean and really well located. An easy walk to placa catalunya. Some nice tapas bars nearby and a really diverse area. It was so lovely being really close to the metro. I think what really made the stay wonderful was the lovely friendly staff they were so helpful. The pool was a great addition too and a welcome do at the end of the day.

Excellent service. They had our room ready early, which we appreciated after a long transatlantic flight. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Decor has a modern look. Hotel was very safe and located near all the major sites and transportation.
