Ideal two-bedroom apartment with capacity for 5 people. Located in the center, minutes from Las Ramblas and walking to the beach. Two bedrooms and then a double sofa bed in the living room. Very comfortable for families or friends, or even couples. Building with elevator and free luggage storage. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Towels and sheets are provided, free wifi. We can provide parking just 10 minutes from the property.

The best thing is the location, right next to Las Ramblas, you can walk to all the tourist spots. You are right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, the sea is only a 5 minute walk away. The closest metro station is Liceu, but you will walk everywhere.

Please note that any accommodation located in the city center, which is exterior and has a balcony, could be affected by noise from the street.

We were travelling from out of the country, so we had issues with phone service and because of that, I had issues getting in touch with the host to see if we could get in a bit early. They were so helpful. They were absolutely were not required to let us in early but were very accommodating and responsive to our request. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there were not elevators, and it was loud late into the night (we were there on a Saturday). I should have researched the area more to know this area is popular for night life. There was also a foul smell outside of one of the windows, but if you kept the windows closed, it stayed out for the most part and may have been specific to our visit. The place is close to the metro, and shops. They included wifi, soaps, a clean space for us to stay, a shower with great water pressure. Overall good experience.

Appartement très propre et calme

L'appartement était très propre et au calme (donne sur une cour intérieur). Il manque un balai ou un aspirateur surtout si le séjour doit durer une semaine ou plus.... L'appartement est bien situé (à deux pas du marché de la Bocqueria et du vieux centre piétonnier) même si le quartier n'est pas hyper engageant.
