Late night arrival

We arrived at 1am to Bari Airport. Rang the 24hr shuttle and they picked us up in 15 min. Room was ready, clean and comfortable. All very well organised. Hotel is 5 min walk from metro station to Bari Centrale. Buffet breakfast was fine.

The room was clean but all facilities within it were limited and victories of economy over attractiveness. The dining room could have doubled as an aircraft hanger, with as much charm or style. Overall no more than adequate but very expensive for what is offered. This establishment clearly benefits from lack of competition near the airport.

Business hotel convenient for airport

This is your typical conference hotel: large, modern and clean but a little soulless. The room and bed were comfortable, breakfast was varied and good. The only real problem we had was that their communication before our stay was terrible. I messaged them twice asking about where to get their shuttle bus from and they didn’t respond to either message, which was very irritating. It transpired, after a phone call, that it was up a level at departures, exit 7. Not the most intuitive place but we got there. The hotel is fine for an overnight stay before or after a flight.

This was the perfect place for us to stay as we were heading back to the USA from our wonderful stay in Puglia. We got a good night’s rest, a nourishing breakfast, and a timely ride to the airport. A great way to start a long journey back to the States.

Great airport hotel

Great location for return home flight from Bari . We are at the hotel restaurant. Can’t fault the food .. or price.. however the service was let down due to the amount of guests staying / eating

Many pros but also many cons to this property

This is a nice hotel with many good features: close to the Bari airport, provides a free shuttle to the hotel, had a fast check in with friendly staff, and provided a good breakfast. But I cannot rate it 5/5 for several reasons: - The pillows were awful. They were very lumpy and gave me a bad headache. It was hard to sleep with these pillows which is unfortunate as the bed was good. - We had asked for extra pillows in our room to be provided on arrival but they were not there. We called the desk to get more and the staff member who brought them was clearly not happy at having to do this for us. - They do not provide bath robes. Given the cost of this hotel I expect robes to be provided. - There were only two plug in locations in the room making it hard to charge several devices.

Solid airport hotel

Rooms are good and very clean, the location is superb for the airport, and the service is entertainingly brusque. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is great, but be mindful there is no way to request the shuttle **from** the airport to the hotel, if you needed. Without the shuttle, we had to walk for 20 minutes with our cases along the cycleway, which was totally fine - but worth being aware of.
