Worst Experience Ever BEWARE

We were deeply disrespected by the hotel staff. They entered our room without permission, took all of our belongings, and threw them into a corner near the elevator. This area was visible to all the guests passing by, causing us significant embarrassment and distress. To make matters worse, they called the police and wouldn’t let us leave the premises. This entire experience was a nightmare and this place needs to be shut down.

I liked the big space of the room and the A/C worked well. I did not like the noise, specifically from the car wash besides playing loud music late in the night.

The room was nothing like what i expected. There was a used bar of soap with pubic hair left on the shower rack. There were lots of long hair on the living room floor. The handle on the kitchen sink was not attached. There was a burner, but for some reason no microwave, so it was a little difficult to heat leftover food. The place is in dire need of renovations. There advertised photos must have been taken when it was newly built. Overall, this hotel was the worst of the 7 hotels I stayed in Colombia. I would definitely not recommend this place unless you really don't care about cleanliness. I hate bashing properties....usually i would not write a bad review, but this place was terrible.

Good place to stay if you have a small budget. NO HOt WATER!!! Small detail which if you get used to it is ok. In the week I was here, the room was not cleaned, only linen changed.

Great find

One of the best hotels for the price that I've stayed in in Barranquilla. It's in a good part of town there like small apartments with a kitchenette refrigerator air conditioning no hot water though and normally they have twin beds. But a great deal clean people very attentive and the location is excellent. Recommended highly.

Upon arrival there was no water. Bathroom was dirty and awful smell coming from drain. The promised to clean the bathroom and they never did. They do an inventory upon arrival and check out which I considered unnecessary and inconvenient . Room led to a noise and busy street, not the place to rest.

El aparta estudio es cómodo y muy bien ubicado, sin embargo hace falta limpieza ya que había cucarachas en el lugar. Además, al estar tan cerca de los principales sitios del carnaval y del estadio, el ruido no dejaba dormir.

Buenas Nos fue bien, pero cibearon 30mil.pesos adicional, por el niño de 12 años, sin dar ha conocer motivo, y de paso a última hora. También hubo problemas con las llaves, al llegar no fueron entregadas, solo entregadas en la segunda noche de hospedaje.

En pocas palabras DEPRIMENTE.. teticro. Huele sucio. A hospital. A funeraria. Las fotos que muestran están muy lejos de la realidad. Las fotos no son la realidad. Todo está determinado los utensilios de cocina todos partidos las sillas no se pueden mover de lo mala que están. El mánager es un grosero altivo mal educado no le importa para nada sus clientes. No te lo recomiendo para nada 0/0 mejor busca otra opción. Los baños sucios y le pedí el favor a la de limpieza y lo que hizo fue reírse. La verdad para fue una experiencia totalmente desagradable. Hay mejor lugares alrededor. No creas en las fotos. Son muy n total engaños los utensilios de la cocina están todos sucios y partidos no les interesa para nada l bienestar de los huéspedes. Recomendable…noooooooooooooooooo

Excelente opcion para una temporada en barranquilla, buena ubicacion , cerca de supermercados y restaurant... El unico detalle es que cuando el encargado esta ocupado no hay quien abra la puerta de acceso y hay que esperar a que se desocupe para poder entrar o salir
