Your family retreat awaits! Relax and enjoy this cozy updated 2Br/2Ba townhouse at Attitash Mountain Village Resort. It`s a short 10min walk to Attitash Mountain. Offers a full kitchen with the basics. Guests have full access to all available amenities. There`s something here for everyone.

The condo occupies the third and fourth floors. Upon entering the unit, a staircase will lead you into the dining area, living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace and a queen sized pull out sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, a toaster, water kettle and drip coffee maker. There is a full bath with a compact washer/dryer available for use. Also on this floor is a large master bedroom with a queen size bed and master bath. A narrower staircase will lead you to the second bedroom on the 4th floor with two twin beds. All rooms are equipped with a TV, A/C and heating. There are stairs to enter the space. There is no elevator in the building.

Guests are welcome to use the resort amenities, which includes an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, ping ping table, tennis courts and game room. Hours of operation are 9am-10pm. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are open during the summer months with the jacuzzi open year-round with limited hours.
Coin operated washer & dryer in Hospitality Building open 7am-9pm.

Winter outdoor activities include an ice skating rink (bring your own skates or rent locally), outdoor play structure and lots of hiking trails along the Saco River Trail.

Matty B`s is a family-friendly restaurant that offers sit down dining and take out service. They are located in the Hospitality Building. Hours vary.

The North Conway Scenic Railroad line (Bartlett stop) is on the resort, behind the Hospitality Building.

The Saco River Hiking trail is a 3 mile gentle trail on the resort.

There are BBQ grills throughout the resort for guests, first come.

Please limit two cars in the open parking area. There are two level 2 electric car chargers (first come). The amenities in the resort are walking distance.

This rental may not be suitable for infants or young toddlers as it’s not equipped with safety gates. There is a pack and play and kids` dishware.

No parties, no smoking/vaping and no pets allowed on the resort

The resort observes quiet hours between 10pm through 8am.

11 miles to Cathedral Ledge
30 minutes drive to Wildcat, Bretton Woods and Cranmore Ski Resorts.

Guest check in at the Hospitality Building. They will issue you key cards and a map of the resort. If you have snow equipment, ask for a ski locker. Please, no snow equipment inside the unit.

**Cancellations made within the free cancellation period will be subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee**
Quiet hours observed between 10pm - 8am. Please keep noise down to a minimum.

Please store your snow equipment in the ski locker. Do not bring skis or snowboards inside the unit or common areas.

No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the unit - cleaning crew will charge a minmum of $200 for additional interior cleaning.

Upon checkout:
- Please take the trash out to the dumpster.
- Please turn off all electronics (AC, heater, TV and lights).
- Please turn down the living room thermostat to 65F and turn off all other manual thermostats off.
- Please wash all used dish ware.
- Leave the card key on the dining table and return the ski locker key to the front desk.

Note: This is our second home, please treat it with care. We understand accidents happen, we expect to hear about them from you.

Great location, lots of amenities

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was clean and perfect for our family’s visit to the White Mountains. The kids were so excited to have their own floor. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed adequately stocked. The A/C worked well during the heat wave! We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the resort had many summer amenities that we had access to: outdoor pool, hiking trails, basketball and tennis courts (with the resort providing the equipment), fire pits, and access to the Saco River for swimming and throwing rocks. It was conveniently located for StoryLand, the Cranmore Adventure Park, North Conway’s shops and restaurants, Diana’s Baths, and Cathedral Ledge. We enjoyed dinner at Barley and Salt, the Red Fox Tavern, and the Tellemore Tavern. We also were thrilled to discover Vintage Baking Company just up the road for fresh baked bread and pastries. The only thing I wished we’d had was a drying rack for swim suits and pool towels, but the in unit washer dryer worked great and even supplied laundry detergent!

Great space for our family of 5!

The set-up of this cute condo was perfect for our family of 5. The check-in process was very easy and it was nice having management on site who were able to assist with simple requests (an extra set of sheets, parking questions, etc). Shirley, the condo host/owner, was also extremely communicative and helpful. The condo was very clean with the exception of the floors, which must have been missed by the cleaning crew. Shirley was very responsive and understanding of that situation. The kitchen is nicely updated and was stocked with everything we needed to make family meals. The location for skiing at Attitash was good - it's about a 10 minute walk to the lifts, but you can also move your car within the resort to a spot even closer to the lifts (right near the tunnel under the road) - and this is what I would recommend if you have kiddos who are responsible for carrying their skis to the lifts. It was a great condo and we'd definitely stay again! Thank you Shirley!

White Mountain fun

Attitash Mountain Village is a fun place to stay. We enjoyed the pool, tennis courts and Saco River. The condo was clean and Shirley responded promptly when we could not find the WiFi password. It turns out that AMV had a virtual assistant that texted the WiFi password right away when I asked.

Spectacular!

We have been going to Attitash Village for 12+ years with our neighbors. We all have kids who have grown up together and this trip has always been so much fun. This year, where the weather didn’t cooperate as much as I would’ve liked, the condo more than made the rain bearable! It was pristine, lovely furnishings and absolutely gorgeous kitchen area. Shirley was exceedingly quick to respond, thoughtful in her replies and was kind enough to check in with me after arrived to make sure that all was as we had hoped. We had a wonderful time in the space and on the property. We felt we got a great experience and very fair cost. The 5 of us were able to spread out comfortably and the 2 bathrooms always a plus. Was awesome to have private access to the Saco and the options of indoor and outdoor pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs made sure we had options if weather didnt cooperate. We had no issues requiring assistance but host was kind enough to reach out proactively!! Though we went in summer I bet this is a great winter stay as well

Family Gathering

I had wanted to have a family ski get together with my daughter, son-in-law and grand kids for a while. The accommodations were just what we were looking for and the owners were very accommodating. The pool, hot tub and other facilities were also very clean and family orientated. I would highly recommend this vrbno rental.
