Rooms were clean, ski in/ski out was perfect for my teens who wanted to wake up and get on the slopes but I wanted to sleep in! The hot tub and sauna were so nice on those super chilly nights.

Everything was great except for the fact they didn't have coffee in the morning and I had to drive with my one year old ten minutes up the street to get a coffee. I feel like coffee at a hotel in the morning is a MUST! Other than that the hotel is amazing and staff is super sweet! POOL IS NICE AND WARM!!! 😊

While the staff was wonderful, this hotel needs some serious love. It’s so sad to see what’s become of it. My last stay was back in 2007, and I loved it then. I don’t know what happened, but it surely hasn’t aged well. The rooms and halls felt cold, lacked character. Our room literally was cold as the heat didn’t work an there was no comforter? The coffee in the room was lack luster and without much sugar or cream. We were told there would be a Sunday continental breakfast, and went downstairs on Sunday and was informed there wasn’t. So, all in all….I had no coffee, no breakfast. The hot tub was not at all hot or relaxing. In fact. The heated pool I was told was 86 degrees felt 60. We went across the street to Attitash mountain village and used their amenities which were by far much in much better condition. I wanted to love this place again so badly. I talked it up before we arrived, to only look at it and wonder where is the love? I was informed a few years back that Attitash no longer owns it, and perhaps now that vail owns Attitash this might be a worthwhile investment for them to look into. The hotel needs capital. It needs love, and I wish I could be the one to help, because I want to see it do better than its current state. I’m so sure the lovely employees who were kind to us do, too.

It was quiet because of being between seasons, which was nice. Nothing special about cleanliness, (was clump of hair in bathtub drain)! Staff was not very attentive when needed towels for pool! Amenities were nice though.

The room was neat and clean. The front desk staff were pleasant. Dinner was good in the restaurant. As a trade show with clients coming to see and buy from multiple vendors, it would have been better if food seevices were available to the buyers also. Without food, hungry buyers had to leave the property, which cut into their buying time.

Unfortunately we were on the first floor underneath what sounded like a group of kids with no parents watching them, playing hockey and running and jumping for hours to the point that it sounded like they were going to fall through the celing. It was extremely loud and It went on early in the morning and one night until after 11pm. If we were ever to consider staying there again, it would only be on the top floor to avoid what was a very noisy and unrestful stay.
