Summary:
Superb contemporary home which offers brilliant accommodation on two levels in one of Barwon Heads most sought-after streets. Light, bright and beautiful, the Euro-style kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and is super user-friendly. There are two delightful lounge/entertainment rooms – one flowing effortlessly out to the north-facing deck with its own plunge pool. Outdoor dining and entertaining are absolute naturals here. Three bedrooms and two sparkling bathrooms complete the package.

The Space:
Upstairs has the master King bedroom with gorgeous ensuite, and downstairs there is a further King bedroom, family bathroom and third bedroom with four single beds as bunk units.

Barwon Heads is a delightful coastal village located at the mouth of the Barwon River, 22 kilometres south-east of Geelong, and just across the river from its twin beachside town, Ocean Grove. Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay at Barwon Heads during the festive season! Perfect for a large family, plenty of space, Clean, tidy and central to everything you need. My only suggestion is a Nespresso or similar coffee machine is a must!

This is a great house in a lovely street in walking distance to the shops and the river

We really liked this house and its location. It is very roomy and the upstairs master bedroom area is so spacious and comfy. The outdoor area was used a lot with the BBQ and big table being a favourite spot. The separate living areas meant there was a quiet place for those who wanted it. The kitchen / dining / tv area worked really well. We all really liked this house for our xmas break. The aircon through the house was also good for a couple of very hot days.
