Casa Hopgood is a three bedroom villa that has been newly renovated with all you need for a beautiful coastal stay. This surprising property is quietly tucked away at the rear of a block providing your own oasis in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. A short 10 minute walk to the Main Street, restaurants and cafes and the river and beach just beyond.

Featuring all new kitchen and bathroom with new appliances, marble benches & accents, carpeted bedrooms and floor boards in the main living zone.

The north-facing courtyard contains a more sheltered outdoor lounge area - perfect for relaxing in the sun on windy days. A large partially covered decking area opens to the south of the property with outdoor dining for six people, a sun lounge and a beautiful open outlook.

The two larger bedrooms each contain a queen bed and the third includes a king single bed & king single trundle bed, with flexibility in mind for families, couples and singles.

The main living room includes dining for six guests as well as four stools at the island bench.

Facilities include: dishwasher, convection cooktop, electric oven, air-fryer, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board & clothes steamer, reverse-cycle air conditioner in the main living zone, wifi & ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

The house was very well equipped, it has a fantastic kitchen and was immaculately clean. Our host was very accommodating and allowed us an earlier check in. The communication with our host was very easy. We can highly recommend this house.
