Very skimpy on towels and bathroom ware. Room dirty. The staff was cordial, but in the breakfast area. Just went to get a complimentary coffee and the staff very rude about it. Just not client friendly. Overall decent stay

There is easy parking near the hotel, but You must pay to park in one of the parking garages. there is a nice Hotel restaurant on the first floor, and the staff are very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again

The elevator was wonderful. It was very hot during our stay so the lack of AC was felt but not their fault. We enjoyed our stay and the convenient location

Great location.

Great location. Tram stop just a minute or 2 away and free tram travel included with a Basel Card which you recieve on check in! Only 5 mins walk from the conference centre. Great room and really friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. Bakery/supermarkets a few mins walk away. Fridge in room!
