Unique Romantic Escape, Gorgeous Ocean Views, Pool & Exotic Gardens

Private, detached, home away from home with private pool situated in the select Half Moon Bay Villas development, ten minutes from Bassetterre, Port Zante and the airport. Located in the heart of the tourism hub of Frigate Bay. Perfect for a romantic getaway, and can accommodate up to 6 for families.

Entered by a private courtyard, onto the sun terrace and shaded veranda's lined by banana trees. Open concept great room with cathedral ceilings and feature mahogany louvre french doors on 3 aspects. Creatively decorated by the artist owner, the villa is adorned with Caribbean styled furnishings.

Fully equipped kitchen and bar, with every tool a chef could need. Dinnerware for 8, silverware and a variety of glassware and plastic tumblers for poolside. The kitchen bar has a sink, dishwasher and stools for grab and go dining. Outsize refrigerator includes water and ice in the door. Upon your arrival, you will receive a welcome pack including basic groceries, wine, beer and sodas.

For formal meals, the kitchen adjoins a delightful dining area with buffet, seating for 6 and a beautiful crystal chandelier. The dining room has French doors which open to the Romeo and Juliet balcony offering a unequalled views and tropical breezes.

With both ceiling fans and AC, the comfortable living area has a sleeper sofa, relaxing recliner and a 32 inch television with cable above the bookcase. French doors lead out to the shaded veranda and pool area on both the East and South sides.

Also featuring cathedral ceilings, the master bedroom offers a traditionally styled king-sized bed, storage, television, and ample closet space. The master is adjoined by the studio which includes a day bed which converts to a full bed, and can be curtained off from master if needed. The studio has a selection of books, art, comfortable reading chairs and also opens onto the veranda and pool.

The large bath features an over-sized jacuzzi tub, vanity, hair dryer, selection of soaps, bath items and stacked washer and dryer in the closet. Luxury linens and towels are provided for you.

With spectacular ocean, mountain and golf course vistas, the veranda and courtyard feature a private pool, hammock, settee with end tables, outdoor dining area (seating 4), poolside lounge chairs and a gas grill. Pool towels, beach accessories and snorkel equipment are provided for you.

Tropical gardens surrounding the villa are planted with a variety of native fruits and herbs for the villa use. You may also enjoy a selection of tropical flowers and plants that is unparalleled on the island. The rock wall surrounding the gardens features a gate which offers easy access to the golf course and club house.

With ceiling fans and AC throughout, our truly Caribbean home from home is the ultimate in a private, relaxing retreat, yet moments from all your key amenities.

We can offer guidance on good car rental companies (suggested), key things for you to see on island and where to go for best eateries and activities.....or you can simply kick back and relax.

Little slice of Paradise!
This is our second stay at the Quinn's lovely Villa. Feels like home away from home. Thanks for the hospitality and the welcome groceries in the fridge! You thought of everything! We will be back in September and hope to stay here again. It's close to everything, and it is in a very safe neighborhood with the most spectacular views!

The location, the view and the plunge pool are wonderful. You will never tire of this incredible view. But.... this is not as pictured as far as the furniture. What is there is old and in great need of being replaced. The grill was unusable. The cleaning done before our arrival was poor.The property manager didn't "drop by" for 2 days and was difficult to contact. This villa needs a real good thorough cleaning. We did not think this was worth the daily rate we paid

Amazing View!
Amazing view from the villa. We enjoyed the cool breeze and plunge pool. It is about a 10 min. walk to Half Moon Bay beach on the other side of the golf course. It was nice to be able to rinse the sand off with the outdoor shower. My husband loved the 5 min. walk to the golf clubhouse. The villa has all the essentials and the owner is thoughtful in leaving a few starter grocery items which is a nice touch after a long flight. Our stay in the villa was a great expereince!

Beautiful villa
We have stayed at this villa several times and absolutely love it. It is comfortable, private and has beautiful views of the golf course as well as the ocean. It is stocked with all 0f the amenities you could need. The location is perfect whether you want to explore the island or just relax by the pool. It is very safe and if there are any problems, the management is very prompt in resolving them. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back next year!

A wonderful view overlooking the golf course and ocean
This Villa has a spectacular view! We walked the back nine of the golf course early every morning while watching the waves crash to shore. I would recommend a car but it is not necessary as you can walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The villa was very well equipped and we did appreciate the starter kit of groceries, beer and wine. The plunge pool is totally private and well maintained with comfy outdoor furniture. Terrific pool and view but very buggy
Hard to know how many stars to give this property. On the one hand, we had a great week and loved the pool and the privacy. We were usually the only ones on the beach ,too. Appreciated the beach towels and umbrella and chairs. Great to have the rental agent, Jo, available to answer questions and to have put the basics in the fridge. Lots of spices and herbs to use and owners were very nice to make everything available to renters. What wasn't so great were the bugs and I mean a lot of bugs. Ants crawling all over the food in the cupboards. Ants in the bathroom on the vanity. We got eaten alive every night - either by no- see -ums or mosquitos or both I hate going to bed with spray on me, so I would spray all around the bed but it didn't help. I did discover a window with no screen in the living room and closed that but it made no difference. Strange thing was that every night we went out to eat and always ate outdoors but had no issues with bugs at any of the restaurants. The villa is not as immaculate as I thought it would be. Basic cleaning but cleaners didn't go out of their way. Hair in tub and on floor in bathroom. Didn't dust everywhere. Nothing horrible but not as clean as I am used to. Thin and scratchy towels in the bathroom and same for sheets on bed. Bathroom is old and needs updating. Also there was no information booklet, as promised. Jo was a lifesaver - told us how to get to the beach and turn on the air conditioning and where the supermarkets were, etc... Hammock shown in the photos is no longer there either.

Our third year was as great as our first!
We have stayed here for three straight years and have loved every minute of it. The property is well maintained, with all of the comforts of home. We love sitting at the pool, taking in the beautiful views while watching the golfers tee off on #12. The island is like our second home and this villa is in the perfect location for us to start and end our day. Jo is very responsive if we need anything.
