Enjoy the tranquil flowing river or head to different spots on the Smith River to do some Fly Fishing. We even have a kayak you can borrow! No matter what you're in town for, Caddisfly Lodge is the perfect place to unwind. Not far from Martinsville, VA and Philpott Lake and Marina, this is the ultimate getaway for fishing, boating, or heading to the race track, your cozy home away from home. The newly renovated lodge has a full kitchen, full bathroom and a private bedroom. The living area is fitted with a large smart tv and wifi. You will absolutely enjoy the private deck as you listen to the birds and the river. Dog fee for up to 2 dogs is $87. There is construction being done on the unit below. During the day, between 9-5 you may hear construction noise.

The owner was quick to respond, and kept me updated from the booking process right through my stay. As well the many amenities were nice to see & appreciated. Location was perfect, as hotels were quite a drive. Cute place that I would highly recommend. See you again for sure!
