The dining space comfortably seats six, leading into a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop and electric oven. Ceiling fans throughout ensure a pleasant breeze, while the expansive verandah invites you to enjoy the outdoors. Guests can access the shared pool and a communal laundry. While parking is available on the lawn at the front of the house, the driveway and garage are reserved for downstairs tenants.
