Neatly arranged and stylishly furnished, this compact apartment offers a cosy retreat in the heart of the city. The pretty open-plan kitchen and living room has a dual aspect with two sets of sash windows overlooking an elegant Georgian terrace and a tree-lined city park. The living area has a sofa for 2 and a comfy armchair. On a carved white sideboard is a TV, DVD along with Wi-Fi, with a stored selection of books, games and films.

The compact white fitted kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, small dishwasher, large fridge with small freezer compartment within, and a combined washing machine and dryer. A side cupboard holds all utility items. An elegant console serves as a breakfast bar and dining area with two wooden stools.

The spacious and welcoming grey and sage green double bedroom has a 5’ double bed, a small wardrobe and a tall boy for storage.

There is a neat contemporary shower room with a walk-in shower with an overhead rainfall shower and hand-set, a small hand-basin and WC.

Really is light and bright

Lovely flat. Nicely furnished in pastel tones made for a relaxing stay. A nice bag of goodies waiting for us
thanks for the thoughtful gesture. Very good location, close to attractions, eateries. Even though it is up 37 steps, I would stay again. We had 3 knee replacements amongst our 4 knees, and managed it. But they really should mention it in the description.

Really great apartment in a great location!

Location could not have been better! Apartment was well equipped, well decorated and well maintained and super for exploring Bath. Everything was within minutes walk- sites, restaurants, markets, pubs etc! Thoroughly felt as our “home away from home” rather than a holiday let.Staff was super communicative and helpful, even arranged early check-in and late check-out!Only minor item was the apartment was shown as with a king size bed, but it was only a queen.

Very nice...

A nice flat for two. We stay in unit #4 which means approx. 40 steps, no lift (welcome to the UK). Great location, small bathroom but plenty of hot water, lovely living room and comfortable bed. Would definitely consider renting it again...

Good stay in Bath

We loved the flat so clean bright and spacious I must say we had a lot of difficulty with the front door and felt trapped and confused some times trying to leave the flat When we arrived the cleaning staff handed us the keys so we didn’t realize we should leave them in the box outside the door on leaving the flat sorry I hope this didn’t course to much trouble for you We would like to stay there again but because of my age and difficulty with stairs on a lower floor I will recommend your agency to my friends and family with out hesitation should they want to visit Bath So thanks

Birthday break in Bath

Property is as described in the listing. Very well equipped, centrally located. Although a parking permit is provided we could not get a space until the next day, it is really just a case of waiting for an opportunity. We have visited Bath many times and this was our favourite central accommodation.

Best Location

The flat on Queens Square was perfect for walking around the city of Bath. Most of the major sights (Roman Baths, Abbey, Circus, etc.) were only a few minutes walk. The flat was bright, clean, quiet and well appointed. Our flat was on the second (U.S. third) floor so the stairs could be a put-off to some but for us it was worth the climb. We have stayed at a lot of Homeaway properties and Bath Holiday Rentals was among the most responsive and organized of any we have met. It was a great stay and I would use them again if we are ever in Bath.

A Wonderful Week in Bath

Excellent location in Bath - near all museums etc. Lots of information about local cafes, restaurants and events etc The accommodation is very well resourced - and very welcoming. The location is excellent for all of the attractions, as long as you are OK on stairs - it is in a fab Georgian building around the corner from Queen Square . Totally recommend for a week’s stay in beautiful Bath.

Very clean and in a great location!

My wife and I rented this apartment in July of 2019. The location is terrific, very close to many nice restaurants and within easy walking distance to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. Our favorite pub was The Raven which was right up the block. Delicious meat pies and local ales, with very friendly bartenders. The check-in process was very easy and orderly. We were sent check-in instructions via email prior to the date. We called the phone number when we arrived at the Bath Train Station (which is about a 15 minute walk to the apartment), and someone was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. She was very nice and showed us around the apartment, answered any questions, and gave us contact numbers in case we needed them. The apartment was extremely clean and came with a well appointed kitchen. The refrigerator and stove both worked well. Everything was clean, in very good shape, and nothing felt worn out or broken. The bedroom was a decent size with a comfortable bed. The living room has a flat screen with Netflix provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled flat in a great location

This flat exceeded my expectations. On the internet it seemed to me to be pretty small but in reality it was quite large and very comfortable. It does have a small bathroom but it has a full-size shower with a rainfall showerhead. The flat has been nicely renovated and is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The kitchen does not have a lot of counter space but has everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal and is a 5-minute walk from a huge grocery store and a very nice local butcher shop. I would definitely stay here again.
