Walcot Townhouse is in the heart of Bath’s artistic Walcot neighbourhood. This spacious four bedroom Georgian townhouse perfectly combines historic charm with modern comforts — ideal for family gatherings or friends’ getaways.

Whether you’re here for a weekend break or an extended stay, this characterful townhouse offers the perfect base to experience Bath in comfort and style.

The Space
The house features high ceilings, original period features, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is on the first floor and the bedrooms are spread over three floors. There is a king bedroom, two double bedrooms and two twin rooms. There is a bathroom on each of the second and third floors. The relaxing kitchen dining area offers a restful spot to unwind after a day exploring Bath’s iconic sights. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located property.

Parking
There is parking in Morrisons car park for around £10 per day, this is very good value for Bath and is only a three minute walk from Walcot Townhouse. There are 1 hour parking spaces opposite where you can park to drop off bags.

Points forts : Emplacement
I stayed at this property with a few friends. This was a short distance to the centre of Bath and this was exactly what we wanted.When we stayed it was a very hot day and so it became important to open the windows which enabled a breeze to come through. This was then quite noisy at night but to be expected given its proximity to the centre. There were some things that could have been better. The bathroom on the first floor had taps that were not fixed to the basin properly and the door handle upstairs would come off in the bathroom. One of the downsides is that there was no parking available other than a 5-10 walk to the Morrisons car park. That said, the property was as described but was a little over priced in my view.
