The hotel honestly exceeded my expectations, given the good price. Despite being on a busy square the room was quiet. Not a huge room but big enough for my needs with a queen bed and great view of a historical building. Staff was friendly and helpful, check in and out was streamlined. No issues, would stay again!

Great hotel. Clean and excellent location, everything is easily a walkable distance. It is perfect for a few days away. Staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

The room was nice & clean, and the hotel is right in the centre of the square, making a number of sites, restaurants and bars close by. There could be better signage outside though as it’s tucked off to the side and not well marked.

Tiny!

The bed didn’t quite feel like a bed, the rooms are SO SMALL! If it would be for just one person it probably wouldn’t be that bad, but you can’t open the hotel door or bathroom door with your suitcase open. I was packing and my husband had to wait in the bathroom til I could close the suitcase for him to come out. Also the bathroom had a lot of water spots everywhere, I couldn’t tell if it was dirty or just the water type in bath, but we disinfected the handles and toiled before using.

Good location , nice area.

It was a nice hotel, location was perfect the only thing i can mention is that i wish there was a carpark for hotel or in nearest to it than the Charlotte street one. Which is for those who travel without car is a good option. The other thing i would love to have is that i wished i could have opened the window for fresh air. Though there was a good aircon. Every thing was fantastic and we enjoyed it so much.

This hotel was so awesome. Yet, the cleaninless of the room could be better. It needs to be dusted and mopped. Other than that, the sheets were clean, and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
