This hotel was so awesome. Yet, the cleaninless of the room could be better. It needs to be dusted and mopped. Other than that, the sheets were clean, and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located for both the Theatre Royal and Ustinov Theatre as you can walk to either in about thirty seconds! There are also numerous bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Despite being centrally located, I didn't hear any noise from outside at all. My room was quite compact but very comfortable, the shower was great as was the bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The nearest car park is an eleven minute walk away, which of course the hotel can't do anything about. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Ideal for couples for 1or 2 days

Stayed for 3 nights in Bath, hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a queen room with a window although not much to see apart from building next door, but it’s right in the centre and all attractions are with in a 2 minute walk as you step outside. My only criticism is definitely needs towel rails and even if it’s only 2 drawers it would be really helpful.

Loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of Bath with plenty of restaurants to choose from close by. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, more so than in many more expensive hotels we have stayed in. Rooms are compact and basic although very cleverly designed. It’s a comfortable bed to sleep in with a good shower. Suited us as we are usually out touring all day.

Great hotel in Brilliant location.

Hotel is centrally located by shops and bars but quiet in the room. Bed firm and comfortable. Small room but has all the facilities you need for a short stay. We had a great time.

We rented two double bed rooms. Beds weee comfortable in both. Rooms were boutique-sized, but one was considerably smaller, nearly Tokyo class. Fine for one night. Liked the modern touches, dimming ok indirect lights and automatic shades.

I honestly had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel for future travelers! The bed was comfortable, loved the lighting options (especially the reading light), and they have a great restaurant downstairs that's not to pricey.

Rock hard bed

Rock hard bed, didnt sleep. We paid to sleep and couldn't sleep Very small room, clostraphobic, no windows to open. But great staff at desk.
