COME INSIDE THE HOME:
BNB Made Easy is a professional short-term rental property management company, so rest assured your stay at Hope St Cottage III will be professionally managed, thoughtfully prepared, and easy to settle into. The cottage is laid out across three bedrooms, with the lounge sitting between them as the natural gathering point. The kitchen is well set up for cooking in or pulling together a quick breakfast before heading out. The private patio at the rear is a good spot to wind down at the end of the day.
Machattie Park and Kings Parade sit in the heart of the CBD, with the Ohkuma Japanese Garden inside the Macquarie River Bicentennial Park nearby. Abercrombie House (311 Oberon Rd) and Mount Panorama are both a short drive â Mount Panorama is around 10 minutes away for race weekends or a lap of the circuit. The Bathurst Adventure Playground sits at the corner of Hope and Durham Streets, and the Bathurst Tennis Centre is just along Durham Street. Manning Aquatic Centre is close by for the warmer months, with Metro Cinemas and Bathurst Tenpin Bowling both options for a quieter evening.
Charles Sturt University (Panorama Avenue) and Bathurst Base Hospital are both a short drive, making the cottage a workable base for placements, study, or work.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
The bathroom could do with a shelf etc for toiletries as opposed to on shower floor.
A small cabinet, or similar would be good for dressing after shower.
