Summary:
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This townhouse features a living room and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is a half bath downstairs as well as the laundry room. The 2nd level consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Close to restaurants, hospitals and major highways. Whether you need somewhere to stay while on a project, to enjoy a game or to visit friends, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The Space:
No smoking allowed inside.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to whole apt except for one closet downstairs, and one closet upstairs.

Other Things to Note:
There are lots of trees and vegetation around the property, occasionally, little insects make their way in even though place is treated monthly for pests. Please bear in mind that we are in very humid climate. Also we provide starter supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper etc
 should you need more, there are a few stores within a mile for your needs.

Excellent location in that part of town, plenty places to eat in the area, you have your own covered parking outside your unit, free flowing communication actually met Ida as we were pulling up arrived a little early and she was amazing and very accommodating. Both bedrooms are located upstairs each with their own bathrooms. We would stay here again.

The location is perfect if you’re looking to visit the Prairieville or Denham Springs areas. It’s close to tons of food and grocery shops, only 10 minutes from the children’s museum and university area. For the price and quality, however, I’ll be choosing a hotel in the area on future visits.Host was friendly and responsive, however the instructions were confusing and contradictory in places. The clothing dryer in the unit was broken, though the host graciously provided a credit to make up for the trouble of having to take our wet clothing down the block for drying.We booked late, so I’m not certain if this rental is typical of the area — this is clearly an older house (not in the charming way) that was minimally spruced up for rental. Broken blinds, dark living room, uncomfortable beds, uneven flooring upstairs and some decor still has the clearance tags from Marshalls. Stairs would be difficult to secure at top for a small child.Completely functional otherwise, so a solid three stars.

The property was very cute and decorated very nicely. The books were a cute touch and the desk area allowed me to complete work durong my stay. I really appreciate the host having very reasonable check out procedures and making the stay really enjoyable.

This townhome was so cute and just perfect for what we needed! The check-in and check-out was probably the easiest I've ever had, and David was very responsive whenever I messaged him. He was even able to get us in a couple hours earlier than the check-in time! We will definitely consider staying here again.

PLUSES: Clean, quiet condo in good location. Great communication with owner. Great WiFi. Comfortable main BR bed. Reasonable price.MINUSES: Old townhouse that has been updated but still shows signs of age. Poor lighting in main BR. Limited supply of towels. Limited clothes storage space and lack of decent coat hangars in MBR.
