Checked in to room with inoperable deadbolt lock and a nasty bodily fluid stain on the comforter (pic attached). Went down and politely asked to change room, was rudely interrupted by lady at desk, saying "we'll change your room once and if you don't like the second room, we'll evict and refund you". Zero apology, acted like I was bothering her. It's not a matter of "liking" the room. It shouldn't be rented in the first place. She admitted that they didn't have a "don't rent" list of rooms and "I don't work 24/7 so I would have no idea if something was wrong". Second room, electric lock not working, couldn't even get in. Third room was dingy, with an HVAC unit that shook the floor and was very loud. And the TV didn't work. I was scared to complain again, since it was 12:30am and I didn't want to get kicked out. Next morning, new front desk person was much nicer, and he came up and fixed the TV so we decided to finish our second night. He did confirm that it's the hotel policy that "for any reason" if the second room isn't suitable, you get kicked out. Renters beware, if the room here isn't suitable, even if it's not a matter of opinion (safety, etc), they may just kick you out instead of helping you.

It was very nice . But they had a lot of workers painting and doing landscaping so it was a little noisy. Over all loved the location a lot of restaurants around

Avoid this dump

It was dirty unkept rust so bad on the bottom of the door I could see outside from the bed through the door. Dirt just pilled behind the bathroom door. Sand or some kind of grit covering the floor had to go to the store and buy a broom to sweep the floor. Would never stay here again.

Our check-in was quick, friendly, and accurate. The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. No frills, but would highly recommend dogs are allowed. They were dogs there and I did not hear any.

The shower was moldy. Walls were super thin so you could hear people’s conversation (and other explicit activities) all night which made it hard to sleep. Squeaky and wobbly bedframe. Housekeeping tried to come in an hour before check out time to clean early while my wife was getting dressed. The stairs up to the second floor are in horrible condition, seems a bit unsafe. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Not worth saving a few bucks. We would have felt safer sleeping in our car and we regret not doing that.

For one night it’s not terrible,but not the best for long the bed was decent.The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the sheets were stained, and the tv did not work.The staff came to fix the TV,but it stopped working after a few hours.

When it’s time for you to leave. The property manager and staff want you out of there asap. It really scared me with a knock at 10 am. I was up thankfully. We had words and I packed up my bags. They were at the next door and just handed them to the room cards. I’m not going to stay here never again
