The ‘business’ room was well decorated and had an abundance of kitchen implements. The main bed was clean and comfy but the sofa bed was not. Beware very low (1.7m?) doorways into the apartment itself and into the bathroom. And the city view is of the patio table and fence. Parking was fine, the walk into the old city about 10 minutes.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Super zentraler Lage

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. 2 Bäder vorhanden, davon eines mit Dusche. Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt, um sich selbst zu versorgen, inkl. Geschirrspüler. Die Lage ist wirklich herausragend, in weniger als 10 Gehminuten ist man in der wunderschönen Bautzner Altstadt. Ein Lidl sowie ein Bäcker/Brotsommelier (wirklich sehr zu empfehlen) liegen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Im Hof befindet sich neben einer Schaukel und einem kleinen Sandkasten auch eine gemütliche Sitzecke, die für z.b. für gesellige Abende genutzt werden kann. Die Vermietung hat uns bei Fragen unterstützt und ist auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Nur ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig, eine bessere Schalldämmung zwischen den Räumen wäre toll. Insb. das Schlafzimmer mit babybett und Wickeltisch hatte keine richtige Tür, sondern war nur durch eine Schiebetür vom Wohnzimmer getrennt. - Im Bad in der oberen Etage gab es leider kein warmes Wasser, hier kann ggf. ein kleiner Durchlauferhitzer Abhilfe schaffen. - Zusätzlicher Stauraum in der Küche (z.b. für mitgebrachte Lebensmittel, die nicht gekühlt werden müssen) wäre sehr vorteilhaft.

Wunderschöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung Wir hatten Ferienwohnung 04 im Erdgeschoss. Sie war super modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Wir hätten sogar kostenlos Wäsche im Waschraum waschen können. Vor allem war alles sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind für jedes Apartment einer vorhanden. Kommen definitiv wieder

Ruhige und sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Die Altstadt von Bautzen erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlt so gut wie nichts. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Lidl) befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und bemüht um den Gast. Uns hat es hier gut gefallen.
