Welcome to this unique and private third-floor attic retreat, a boho-inspired getaway decorated in warm autumn hues and earthy tones. This is a very economical and functional apartment with a convenient location—just 0.7 miles from McLaren Bay Region Hospital on Columbus Avenue.

Tucked beneath wood-paneled ceilings, the space features a king-sized bed. In the living room there is a corner reading nook, internet-ready TV and WiFi. There is also an additional self-inflating queen-sized air mattress available to accommodate 2 additional guests.

Please note: this is a walk-up unit with stair access only, located on the third floor of an older home. You must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs.

With its cozy atmosphere, whimsical mushroom-themed touches, and simple comforts, it’s an ideal stay for short-term visitors, traveling nurses, or anyone looking for a practical and economical place to stay in Bay City.

This is a private third-floor, walk-up apartment. You will have a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. There is a shared outdoor gazebo.

This includes, but is not limited to:
Excessive trash or debris beyond normal use
Food, spills, or stains requiring intensive cleaning
Strong odors (including smoke)
Unapproved late checkout causing cleaning delays
Unwashed dishes requiring extensive time
Pet-related mess or damage (if applicable)
Additional Charges:
If excessive cleaning is required, charges will be requested through the platform after checkout and may include:
Additional labor time
Extra laundry loads
Specialized cleaning services
Damage Policy:
Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive wear beyond normal use. Charges will be processed through the platform resolution system.
