Welcome to Ada O’Day Condominium #2, a spacious and charming second-floor condo offering beautiful views of Lake Superior and an unbeatable Bayfield location. Just one block up from Rittenhouse Avenue—Bayfield’s quaint main street—you’re steps from shops, restaurants, the ferry, and more.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Each bedroom features a queen bed, making it perfect for couples, friends, or a small family getaway. With approximately 1,300 square feet, the open and airy floor plan includes a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a dedicated dining area, and a separate TV room for quiet relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the covered outdoor porch provides a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee and take in Lake Superior views. On-site laundry adds extra convenience for longer stays.

The building was completely renovated in 2005, thoughtfully preserving its original charm while offering modern comforts. There are steps leading into the condo from both entrances, but once inside, the unit is all on one level.

Accessibility: When entering the condo from the street level, you will need to walk down 8 steps to enter the front door. To enter from the alley were the parking lot is, you will need to walk up a total of 14 stairs to enter the back door. Once you enter the condo, it is all one level.

We travel all over the country and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The host’s communication was incredible and her help and suggestions really made our weekend much better. Location is perfect…everything you need is within walking distance.This is an immaculate property and you’ll know the owner really keeps the guest in mind.We will definitely be looking at this property again when we make back to Bayfield, WI!Don’t waste your time looking…if this place is available, take it!

The property is very conveniently located. Easy walk to downtown Bayfield and just 2 blocks from the Madeleine Island ferry dock. The condo is a flat which provides windows on all sides and sunlight all day long, along with a nice view of the lake directly to the east. The condo is also very nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook full meals if you wish to bring your own food. We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

Monica was wonderful to work with! The condo was immaculate! Every detail was thought of from the kitchen to the rooms to the bathrooms. The location is walking distance to everything. I highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Bayfield. Thank you!

This is the best place to stay in Bayfield. The condo is very well maintained, clean and has all the comforts of home. It is located just a short walking distance from shopping, restaurants and the marina. Monica is wonderful at providing suggestions to make your stay in Bayfield memorable. There is so much to do and see in the Bayfield area. We had an absolutely perfect stay and would love to return!

Monica's Ada O'day condo was terrific! We have never rented a place where the host supplies so many extra items that may be needed (kitchen was very well supplied). She thought of everything! It was in the perfect location. We parked and were able to walk everywhere. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

The property was has a great location! View of the lake! The condo was so clean and nicely decorated! Easy to spend time there. Check in and out process also so easy! I will recommend this place to others! Monica was easy to communicate with.
