Take a bike ride through this family friendly neighborhood of Bayville, to the little semi private Butler’s beach and John C Bartlett park at Berkeley Island. Seaside Heights is a 20 minute car ride away. This house is for families of six only and absolutely no parties what so ever . This is a family neighborhood.
