Charming Cottage with Private Garden, Near Lake Eguzon in Scenic Berry-Limousin Border

In the southern Indre region of Berry, near the Limousin, at the gateway to the Brenne Regional Natural Park and 10 minutes from Lake Eguzon.

Close to two of France's most beautiful villages, Gargilesse-Dampierre and Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, as well as the "Green Venice" of Berry, Argenton-sur-Creuse.

You will be charmed by this lovely property comprising a detached house with a large, partially fenced garden of 4,500 m² and a secure pond (no fish allowed). The cottage consists of a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen (formerly a sheepfold) with a dining area and a wood-burning stove, a living room with a wood-burning stove (accessible via five steps), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed and a washbasin in one of the bedrooms. From the landing, a few steep steps lead to a large children's/playroom area with four single beds in an alcove (80 cm beds). A foosball table is available for the family to use.

You can enjoy a family meal on the private terrace or in the shade of the chestnut tree with a breathtaking view of the pond and the surrounding countryside.
There is a birdwatching hide in the garden for observing the animals in the nearby pastures, as well as a play structure with swings and a slide.

All the necessary baby equipment is also provided (high chair, changing mat, potty and toilet seat reducer, and travel cot).
