3 bedroom Cottage w/ Tiki Bar, great location in Ship Bottom

This 3 bedroom home is in a GREAT location, near the bridge in Ship Bottom. It’s central to everything on LBI, making it easy to come and go as you explore the island. It’s on a large corner lot with a fenced in back yard perfect for entertaining. Enjoy summer nights hanging out in the yard~ there is a grill, outdoor shower, picnic table, dining table, and a Tiki Bar!

A short walk to the beach, and it’s also close to the bay beach (which is great for younger kids). *The house is located up the street from the Ship Bottom boat ramp, you won’t want to miss a VERY convenient walk up the street to the FREE & FUN Thursday night summer concerts! The beach, Wawa, CVS, Ron Jon’s, a crabbing pier, and a playground are all in walking distance, as well as Hotel LBI for roof top dining! Close to restaurants, pizza, donuts, bagels, mini golf, and ice cream, there is so much to do! This home is in an excellent location if you are attending a wedding at Hotel LBI or Cedar Bonnet Island.

This house was perfect for a winter weekend with our two kids. Maureen was so helpful, responsive and flexible. The house has everything you need and nice clean surfaces for all your belongings. We had a great stay at the cottage. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything. The house was very nice. The host was great and very communicative. Close to both the ocean and Bayside - our kids especially loved the bay beach, which was only about a three block walk

Wonderful cottage!

A relaxing stay in a fantastic location! Quiet and peaceful, the cottage was great for our family of four. Centrally located to all the fun that LBI has to offer and the cottage had everything that we needed to feel right at home. Maureen’s great tips were very appreciated (online orders at Wawa so you can get onto the beach fast, for instance!) Highly recommend this home for a short or long vacation at LBI.

Home away from home

My husband and I stayed here over the holidays during the off season. Everything was exactly as stated and pictured. Great central location with lots of great restaurants, and a close walk to the beach. Bonus my dog loved the backyard. I ran into an issue with my car and the owner was great to work with and quick to respond.

Beach haven heaven

We stayed in Beach Haven for a friends wedding celebration. The house was beautifully decorated. They provided us with everything that we needed. The backyard was very nice, tiki bar and all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The owners were very lovely people. I’ve given an A+

Great LBI House

Location is great! House was clean and as listed. We didn't do a ton of cooking, but it looked like the kitchen was stocked well enough. A ton of beach supplies and even a cart to use to walk down to the beach. That was great! Loved the outdoor shower. Backyard is huge and fenced in, perfect for dogs. Public launch is down the street, but too far to walk a kayak for most people. Looks like they have a trailer you can use, but you need a tow hitch. We were also only left one roll of toilet paper (I'm guessing just an oversight) and had to purchase more. Beds aren't the comfiest, but doable. Bring bug spray and citronella candles or similar for the yard. We tried to get some at CVS and they didn't have anything. All in all great little house and in a good location.

Great Week in Ship Bottom

Our family had such a great time at The Cottage! We chose this house because we were allowed to bring our dog. The communication with property owner Maureen, was very quick and friendly. I love that check in is 2 pm because I felt a good part of the afternoon was still available. I even liked that check out was 10am because being so close to the Manahawkin Bridge and it being a little earlier than most check out times helped us escape all the rental traffic leaving the island. There were 4 of us and our dog. We were very comfortable. The Cottage was very clean, and looked exactly as described in the vrbo post. I like to cook and bake and found the kitchen very comfortable and had all the basics needed. I loved the high table and chairs where we had some great meals and conversations as it was a comfortable space. I especially loved the short walk to the Bay. We would walk our dog there to see the stunning sunset. My favorite time of day was coming back from a long day at the beach, showering, putting on cozy clothes and just hanging in the awesome backyard yard with a cocktail with our dog who was completely fenced in and safe. I also enjoyed relaxing in the hammock! Thank you for sharing your house with us, we had such a great week for our summer vacation!

Fantastic week

We had a fantastic stay! Close to the beach and a block from the bay which is beautiful. We love LBI. Maureen is very responsive. Highly recommend. The back fenced yard was perfection for our sweet dog.

Amazing shore week

The house is fantastic, exactly as pictured/described. Clean, comfortable, and an easy trip to both the bay beach and the regular beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The best part might be the backyard - we loved eating dinner with the family back there and relaxing on the hammock. The host was communicative and made such a great effort to make sure we had a wonderful week - hope to come back and stay next summer!

Great pet-friendly cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this clean, pet-friendly cottage. The house is perfect for our family of six and a golden retriever. The best part of the house is the backyard - perfect for our fur-baby and for hanging out after the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Week Getaway

The property was well kept. The inside was tidy and neat. The outside had lots to do. Games, BBQ and a Tiki Bar. I'd recommend this location to anyone.
