Two bedrooms on first level and full bath. Stackable washer and dryer. The queen bedroom has sliding doors that open onto a deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Second level has two additional bedrooms and another full bath. Both bedrooms open onto a large deck where you can soak up the sun all afternoon. Spend your evenings relaxing in the adirondack chairs in the private backyard. Drop a kayak or paddleboard in the bay just around the corner at the end of West Essex Ave. Just three blocks to beach. New Central Air. Tankless water heater means no running out of hot water when everyone comes back from the beach to shower! Short drive or bike ride to Harvey Cedars bayfront park where the kids can play, you can take in the stunning LBI sunsets from the gazebo or attend the free concerts every Wednesday all summer long.
