Originally elevated after Hurricane Sandy and fully renovated in 2020, this home boasts modern updates, including brand-new mattresses, bedding, flooring, and appliances. Great location with amazing sunsets

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Quiet location in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for taking our dog for a walk. It was an easy bike ride to both the beach and town as well. Ideal for a more laid back Beach Haven experience.

Beautiful Sunsets, Spacious and Comfortable

Located on a quiet bayside dead end street by a marina and dog park, this home was a great setting for our family beach trip. Sunsets were spectacular, accommodations were well appointed and styled, outdoor porches expanded living space and there was plenty of room for us to spend time together and be comfortable!

The perfect weekend getaway

I booked this house for my moms 60th birthday weekend and the house was absolutely perfect! The location was close to downtown beach haven and just two blocks from the beach. The sunset views from the deck that looked over the marina was definitely the best part of the house. We had a very minor issue with the dishwasher and the hosts were there within 30 minutes on a holiday weekend to fix the issue, which I found very impressive. My family and I can’t wait to book this house again!

Family Time and Sunsets at the Bay

The roomy kitchen and dining areas allowed us to have family dinners and keep foods organized. The bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable. The street is quiet, great for walking our dog, and sunsets from the west facing side of the house towards the bay viewed from the upper deck, are amazing.We rode our bikes for coffee, groceries, and to the bakery, and to bay village, which is 1.5 miles away. The walk to the beach is several blocks, but the traffic was light and we used a beach wagon to haul our beach camp.The host is a great communicator. We had a great vacation.

August week in Beach Haven

The property is as advertised. Interior is clean and renovated, functional for an active family with ample cooking and dining space. Bedrooms were clean with comfortable mattresses. Outdoor shower is key with 5 boys coming and going from beach. Location is perfect, literally on the bay with great sunset views and block and a half (.2M) walk to the ocean beach. Any little question was answered by owner in less than an hour.

Immaculate Property

This is an immaculate property in a lovely location. Although the house is right on the bay, it is only a 3 block walk to the ocean. We came in September during the off season, and it was quiet and delightful. Our stay, as of this writing, featured brand-new furniture and rugs, some with their tags still on! The King bed upstairs is so comfortable. It was great for our 6-night stay. We especially enjoyed the upper deck off the master bedroom -- views of the water, quiet, with lovely furniture.

Very noisy location. Kitchen had a serious problem with ants. Poured a cup of coffee one morning went to get creamer when I turned to pour I had ants in my mug!!!

Nice house that accepts pets!

House was in very good order..very clean. No complaints. It included linens which was a big plus (beach towels too) but there was only 1 bath towel per person (no wash clothes) and no extra towels. The other odd thing was that there were only mirrors in the bathroom. And being on the short side the mirrors were pretty high up. I would have liked a mirror in my bedroom. One other suggestion is to have more cutlery. Because there were very few eating utensils I had to run the dishwasher more than necessary. Overall it was a lovely home though and very comfortable. My family enjoyed the spaciousness of the place. The house is expensive to stay at and a few extras would have been expected.

Wonderful Vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful week! We enjoyed the home and all the decks especially at sunset. The backyard was a great place for the kids to play. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the restaurants and activities. Would love to come back again next year!

My first trip to LBI

Our rental was clean, bright and spacious. Location was at the end of a dead end street next to a boatyard on the bay side. The ocean side beach was only 2 1/2 blocks (a 5 minute walk) from the house. There was a deck on the first floor and a rooftop deck. Nights were great on the rooftop deck! Our group was 6 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of space. There was even a dining room table large enough to fit all of us. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and children’s toys were available for your use. I will definitely be visiting LBI again!!!

We had such a great time in Beach Haven and at this property! It was in a great location - an easy 5 minute walk to a quiet beach, right on the bay with relaxing views and a 5 minute drive to some of the best restaurants in LBI. The house was clean and we loved using both the upper and lower decks. We can't wait to come back!

Family Vacation August 2020

This beautiful home sits on a quiet street with just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and activities for the teens.
