Walking distance to many Ship Bottom businesses (Farias Surf & Sport, Heartland Mini Golf, Ferrara's Bakery, Mystic Market, Lang's Liquors & more!)

Ocean & bay views from the front deck & roof-top deck (large outdoor sectional.) Fenced in backyard with landscaping, outdoor shower & a putting green! Ground level has additional living room (air conditioned) with a queen-size sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Great beach house!

Property is very modern and nice. Location is excellent on beach block few hundred yards to beach entry. Not far from the bridge and not far from beach haven, and some good walkable attractions. Roof and gas-lined grill so you don’t have to worry about propane refill is great. Comfy living room, bedrooms, den and backyard. Nice backyard shower and putting green fun for grownups and kids. Overall excellent place for family vacation.

Wonderful beach house

House was wonderful; listing and photos were very accurate. Kacie replied quickly to my many questions. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed -- even the knives were sharp! We were easily able to cook and accommodate family groups of 15 for meals. (Most were staying in other accommodations; only 6 of us stayed in this house.) We did need to provide our own shampoo and bathroom soap, but dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, initial supply of TP and paper towels, and laundry detergent were provided.

Stunning home steps away from the beach!

What a gorgeous home! Kacie did a phenomenal job at creating a beautifully decorated home filled with comfort and luxury. This was a perfect place for my young family (2 yr old, newborn, and a pup) to spend a few days at the beach. The location can’t be beat! 5 houses from the beach and also walkable to other attractions (bakery, mini golf, etc). Kacie was super helpful and communicative. She was very prompt with her responses which made everything so easy. If you are looking for a resort feeling home, steps away from the beach - this is the place!

Birthday celebration

We had a great stay at Kacie and Matt's for a family birthday trip to LBI. The location is unbeatable and close to everything, and the house is beautifully decorated with great beach vibes. The hosts were friendly and communicative and made the whole process easy and seamless! Guests with mobility issues and families with small children should be aware that the house has a lot of stairs, but for us it was perfect. I'd recommend bringing your own specialty kitchen utensils for things like lobster and shellfish if you think you'll need them--we did. Overall we all enjoyed a fun and memorable stay and would happily stay here again. Hard to beat the location and charm of this house if you're planning a visit to LBI!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The house was lovely, clean, well decorated and felt just like home. All of the amenities were perfect and the places to grab a bite to eat or ice cream were amazing. Great location! Only info I would add (since we brought a wagon for the kids) is that there are a few stairs at the end of the road to get to the beach. However, we will definitely be back!
