Property was dirty! Sand and hair in the shower. Room smelled old and moldy. Beds were like sleeping on the springs themselves. Will never go back!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, big enough for the family to enjoy without being on top of each other. The walk to the beach was probably my favorite part, it made our weekend so much simpler!

I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient for restaurants and the beach. I had pleasant interactions with the staff, except when I checked out. The gentleman at the front desk was on the phone, so I waited patiently in front of him. Another customer entered from the back door and waited to check out as well. The gentleman ignored me and turned to the side to address the other customer. I don't really know what to make of this interaction. The other staff were terrific.

Great location and reasonably priced

Staff is awesome and deserves a 5 star rating. The elevator was acting up when we checked in so we had to take our luggage up the stairs. The elevator was fixed right a way becuase the maintenance man cleanded a dirty sensor. The room was okay. Small refrigerator, microwave and coffee make was in the room. The ice maker is the old style cabinet with hand scoop. Location is excellent. Close to the beach and restaurants. Private parking lot for hotel had plenty of spaces.

The hotel property was very nice. It had great parking and it was super convenient to go to the beach that said the room was super dated and really in desperate need of renovation. Also, the staff accidentally charged us twice for the room which felt unprofessional and deceptive. It definitely left a bad feeling upon departure.

Bathrooms were very outdated and not very clean . There were broken tiles and the tub was stained black. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very safe area

Very friendly staff. Excellent early check in and access to beach badges so you can enjoy your day before the room is ready and they let you use your beach badges after checking out until 3pm. Two beach days for the price of one night.

Great place to stay

This was a wonderful resort to stay in. Easy access to the beach and the room was great. The water pressure was surprisingly good which really helped get the sand and sunscreen off. There is so much in walking distance too which helped a ton.
